    This starbucks needs to turn off their mobile order if theyre going to lock their doors. No one wants to wait for their drink in drive thru. Some just want to grab and go. They arent really friendly either. Never coming back to this starbucks again. Huge disappointment and even if you were to put in a order 20 minutes they wouldnt have it ready.

    Horrible! I typically come to this starbucks at least 2x a week sometimes I'm here 4 times a week. Today I came in because my daughter needed to use the restroom there was no Toilet paper I asked 3 different employees at different times in a span of 15 mins politely to get toilet paper becuase both restrooms had none. The 3 employees did not give me any update said nothing so I took my daughter to Superior to use the restroom. When I was coming out of the restroom a startbucs employee was there to use the restroom and I told her " Hey I was just at your store and you guys don't have toilet paper" she then said " yeah someone came to the store to buy some" Wow startbucks you make so much money and for you not to have toilet paper for your customer is unacceptable! Lasty I came back to Starbucks because of course my daughter wanted a Lunch box and no one appologized for the toilet paper situation....

    I've been here and coming here for more than a decade. Starbucks in LA, santa monica or any of the major cities are always awful, drinks are made wrong and breakfast or pastries you'd think they're from days ago. I'd never thought this attitude from these other stores would reach good old LP. Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino is made with Vanilla bean and its a coffee based drink (its not vanilla bean frapp with some coffee). And it is most certainly not made with vanilla Syrup. Its says so in their website, its written so in the recipe. The most basic drink and it gets made wrong each time, just because they don't want to use the scoop of vanilla bean powder. The worst part is when you tell the Baristas and they lie about it. All you have to do is look at the bottom of the drink and the vanilla beans will sit there, so its physically visible when they don't use the powder. Yet they still lie OR they tell you that you that ONLY the vanilla bean frap uses that powder. So yea, this issue has been at every major cities or high volume Starbucks, but alas i guess its finally at this location too.

    Service is fine, but their store says they are open until 10:30 when they actually close at 8:30. Disappointing. I don't have internet at home and was hoping to be able to use the wifi until then. At least update the hours.

    I wouldn't post this if it's a one off occurrence but this location had been consistently slow and at times ignoring the customers at the store counter while people are waiting in line to place their orders. This one guy with his two kids were waiting in front of the cashier counter forever, I saw at least 6 ppl working there, few are having small talks but none bother to acknowledge the customers or calling people over to take the order if all 6 of them can't.

    Take way to long to make a drink. My food got cold waiting for my drink. Did not make my drink correctly. Luckily a young man fixed it for me. Do not recommend this place.

    Unfortunately I will give them only one star ⭐️ The service was terrible and it wasn’t clean and not organized at all. There were boxes all over the place and trash bags on the floor. We ordered Two hot teas to dine in, we waited 45 minutes without getting our teas until I have to remind the guy who took our order. Finally the teas were ready and they gave them to the wrong table! We had to wait 10 minutes more to get them. NEVER HAPPENED AT OTHER LOCATION! We had a very bad experience

    The place is great and the staff is always friendly. You just have to watch out for people who park like jerks. Especially people who don't have a handicap placard and park in the handicap parking. Like the person in the picture. He had no handicap placard and when politely asked to move responded that he was too busy and important to move his car.

    I was there in mid morning, Monday, when I needed some help on condiments with my order, the young staff member who answered was kind of indifferent and then disappeared without properly acknowledging. When her reemerged, I questioned her attItude and lack of energy, with a touch of light humor! Surprisingly a supervisor or a senior staff, mid sized look, without uniform, approached me few moments later trying to lecture me defensively bout communication with her fellow staff. Her staff are grown ups, let them own the communication with customers, and stop baby sitting and treating them and acting like snow flakes herself. Instead of making excuses, this place maybe more productive to figure out ways of improving customer service!!

    Kim has a major attitude, I’m surprised. Usually Starbucks employees are known for being extremely nice and happy while working. I simply asked if there was large straws as I don’t like the small ones. She responded very rudely and defensive. It could be they deal with a lot in this area, not sure. She needs proper training though, regardless if someone else is giving you a hard day you shouldn’t take it out on customers especially when they don’t deserve it. I did not like the tone she gave me. I wouldn’t order here again. I usually don’t even review the Starbucks locations as there all mostly great.

    I giving one star for this Starbucks is just because zero star is not the option. I ordered a soy milk on Starbucks app 20 minutes before I get to the store. I waited for 5 minutes, and ask the guy how much longer I need to wait for. He told me he does not see the sticker for my drink and refuse to make me one! I am wasting my time and money on this Starbucks! Never come back to this location again!

    Starbucks here is great but sometimes there drinks not fair with the product. I know I'm not the only one who buys matcha green tea with no ice and have a cup of ice on the side. However, I pay for my drinks, not pay for it not to be filled up like if it had ice. That goes for any drinks. Updated: July 3, 2021
