While
I
have
enjoyed
the
IV
services
provided
by
Drip
Hydration,
I
believe
there
is
significant
room
for
improvement
in
the
customer
service
department
when
it
comes
to
booking
appointments
and
servicing
members.
Unfortunately,
I
have
had
three
instances
where
the
service
provided
did
not
meet
my
expectations.
Despite
making
multiple
attempts
to
contact
Drip
Hydration's
office
via
text
and
phone
calls,
I
did
not
receive
a
callback
which
led
me
to
seek
services
elsewhere.
Additionally,
as
a
member,
I
encountered
an
issue
during
check
out
with
no
record
of
my
membership
despite
being
charged
the
monthly
fee
of
$550.
After
a
week,
my
account
was
located
1000
miles
away
across
the
country.
While
the
nursing
staff
encountered
in
the
ATL
location
were
excellent,
the
nurse
encountered
in
LA
blew
out
my
vein
and
caused
bruising.
After
much
communication
with
management,
I
have
decided
not
to
renew
my
membership
with
Drip
Hydration.
Although
management
offered
a
slight
discount
to
continue
services,
I
ultimately
felt
that
too
much
damage
had
been
done
to
continue
the
relationship.
Drip
Hydration
advertises
itself
as
a
premium
service
that
demands
a
premium
price,
but
it
appears
that
their
focus
is
primarily
on
the
bottom
line
rather
than
customer
satisfaction.
Overall,
my
experience
was
so-so,
and
I
would
not
recommend
their
services.
I've
updated
my
original
review
from
a
2
star
to
3
and
back
to
a
2
star
simply
because
Management
asked
if
I
could
and
because
they
took
some
action
in
attempt
to
solve
for
my
concerns.
Management
reached
out
the
same
day
I
terminated
services
and
told
me
the
Atlanta
office
was
going
to
reach
out
and
bill
me
for
services
received.
After
I
explained
that
I've
already
paid
the
$550
membership
for
the
month
of
April
which
includes
two
drips,
they
told
me
they'd
take
care
of
it
on
their
side.
Once
again,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
the
exchange
I
would
rate
as
good
as
a
1
star
as
everything
seems
to
be
about
their
bottomline.
