This is by far the worst facility I've been to. The front desk people are not friendly, the bathrooms always stink, the equient is dated, the paper towels are always empty as well as the spray bottles. Management doesn't seem to care. For being in Glendora, this place is absolutely ghetto.

Edited my review: lately things have improved. Last few times I’ve noticed attendants cleaning the locker room regularly and the staff doing more rounds. Been coming here since 2011. It’s really gone downhill. The bathrooms are unusable. Equipment is fine. It wouldn’t take much to step this location up, but apparently it’s too much for the current staff.

POTENTIAL MEMBERS BEWARE!!! Been accessing this gym for a year peacefully and with no issues until tonight when What I deduced as a NEW location manager named JOSHTON.S. He was demanding members use the fungus filled sauna without shoes, exposing them to an array of potential health hazards. There was even a physician member present who advised him of how this was a very unsanitary request. So his solution was to ask the members to leave and he was shutting down the facilities that paid members use on a regular basis. Then on the way out he told members the can wear rubber soled Sandals inside “his sauna” but not rubber soled shoes??? When presented to him as terrible solutions to whatever was bringing this in out of nowhere and inconveniencing paying members he then threatened to revoke the membership. Many members were very upset and said they were going to complain about this individual. 24hour fitness should pick their management team better.

This is a really nice gym, they have lost of equipment and multiple of most machines. The problem is that they dont enforce any of the weight room rules, especially after 10pm. People throw 300 lb at the floor and it makes the whole place shake. I dont consider that very safe being that the weight rooms on the second floor.

Gym, is equipped but everything is dirty nasty. Not sure when the last time this place has been cleaned. Bathroom bad, the sauna room bad, sauna door broken hard to open and close, treadmills are pretty dirty. Shame…as I just signed up for membership.

Decided to workout here on a Friday evening. Place was well equipped with machinery. The machines did look dirty and stained. Not sure how old the gym is but that may be a contributing factor. The young ladies at the front were very friendly and approachable. Literally saying hello and goodbye to everyone! I appreciated that.

The gym has everything you need and the clientele is not obnoxious like other locations. Bathroom facilities are a challenge to keep clean in all gyms and this one is average for cleanliness. Pool needs etiquette instructions on how to keep lanes. Overall a good place. Haven't been here late so cannot comment about late night safety.

Pros: locker rooms are clean, free hand weights organized more than other locations. Cons: cardio machines don’t show heart rate on majority of them, nor do the cardio display screens work, trash left around on equipment, ac doesn’t seem to hit every part of the gym

This gym is unbelievably dirty! You will see only one cleaning person on staff the whole day. Bathrooms look like no one has cleaned them or not cleaned the thoroughly in a few days. I have had good experiences with the staff but the equipment is usually very worn and something broken/not working on them. Most 24’s are filthy but this one takes the cake.

Pros: open 24/7, gym community is chill Cons: it is SO DIRTY. The restrooms are BAD, almost unusable. I DO NOT USE THE SAUNA, the floors are black with dirt and smell funky. This gym needs a DEEP DEEP DEEP clean.

Been here since the gym opened years ago. The gym has just gone downhill. Part of it is user culture, being that a lot of people come through mostly younger patrons so i get part of the user errors and just wear and tear, however the biggest issue i have with this gym is that it HASNT CHANGED SINCE IT OPENED. Staff has turned over and over and the gym seems to be doing well considering they KEEP RAISING memberships regardless. Honestly i wouldn’t care if they did but give the user something in return. Some of the equipment has been here since doors opened and if it on the floor and working awesome but that’s hardly the case here. If someone breaks it’s down for WEEKS. So while part of the blame is on members the other big part of the blame is on the staff who are always in their own conversations and barely make time for anyone unless you’re attractive. Biggest points here incase TLDR Has a lot of equipment; it’s all outdated and is either falling apart or will be. Staff won’t talk to you unless they want to; easy check in with your phone Upper staff doesn’t care hence why the gym has continued to decline. Maybe head to the Upland location since that’s a great gym.

Great facility! The manger works tirelessly to make it better for the members. Everyone on staff works hard to make this gym better. I can say this because I am a small business owner in a service oriented business and I often observe their efforts...One thing that bothers me a lot is the front counter staff not very friendly especially one person in particular who has never greeted me , acknowledged me, or even spoken a kind gesture to me. As a member who uses the facility often I would like to see this happen.

This club is filthy, a lot of machines are broken, it’s expensive and they don’t put new equipment like other gyms. The only upside to this gym is the parking and that it’s open 24/7. You’re better off going else where for better, newer, non broken equipment, and cleanliness. You’ll save money in the long run.

Don't listen to the reviews saying they aren't friendly, everytime I come in, I'm greeted with high energy and when I leave, a nice goodbye. Only thing, is their hot tub/jacuzzi is broken. I'm sure it'll be up and running though again soon.

Awesome Location Perhaps one of the best locations of 24 that i’ve stepped into. Facility is two stories & studio x room is upstairs with sufficient space. Environment is very different. In future i hope treadmills can be upgraded therefore great gym

My annual renewal is due in a few days... Thank goodness I came in today! Everything is dirty, old molded and rusted... They don't fix anything and they show they don't care... I'm definitely letting my membership lapse!

Im a disabled combat veteran. I travel all over and because I travel all over I don't always have family and friends readly available...I locked my keys in the car and I panicked becuz I had nothing on me but my clothes and I'm not from here.....the staff there calmed me down and handled the situation so I could just low key freak out inside. There is nothing more important to a combat veteran then getting home safely... Thank you to this staff member for going above and beyond to get me home... I made it hooah!!!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the 24 Hour Fitness in Glendora, CA, which necessitates this review. Without my consent, the gym renewed my membership and charged $243 to my account. Unlike the previous year, I did not receive any courtesy call regarding this renewal. When I discovered the charge and called on Sunday, 11/26/2023, to request a refund, I was informed that no managers were available. The service representative assured me that she would notify the management the following day, which seemed reasonable at the time. However, my attempt to confirm the refund the next day was met with an excuse that the management was too busy due to Cyber Monday and could not address my concern. I was told that I would receive a callback the next day, which to me was unacceptable. This lack of prompt response and apparent disinterest in resolving my issue was frustrating. It led me to contact another branch to seek assistance. Remarkably, the representative at the other location, after consulting with his manager, resolved my issue and processed my refund within minutes – a stark contrast to the Glendora gym's claims of being too busy. While some staff members at the Glendora location are commendable for being friendly and approachable, the management team's negligence in rectifying their errors is unacceptable. It's disheartening that I had to rely on another gym to clean up a mess that should have been managed by the Glendora team. This experience has significantly eroded my trust and satisfaction with the Glendora 24 Hour Fitness center. Before signing a membership with a home gym, do your research, make sure that you're dealing with individuals who have your best interest at heart. If they don't, go and sign up at a different branch.

I understand why the average is a 3.3… first and last time at this gym. Equipment is in desperate need of updating, upstairs is disgustingly hot it feels like a sauna, people are training clients everywhere it’s so weird

Had a super duper workout that buffed up my body real good. Yup! Can't wait until my next time! > Actually I didn't work out - I only swam a mile in their excellent pool; clean& the perfect temp!

It was.nice being back to 24 Hour Fitness. The front desk were amazing on helping me, the location is very clean. Congratulations.the staff for doing a Great Job.

Not a fan of this location. Machines are outdated. Saw some held with black electrical tape, was too scared to even dare use the machine. The accessories for the cables, very cheap and light. Pool, basketball court and zumba class looked great.

Always busy but they have everything you need to bust up some muscles and have big gains. The one woman who works the night/very early shift is amazing and you can always tell when she's working because everything is clean and stocked up and weight's get put back where they belong etcetera. She's the biggest asset they have there.
