Good selection of items to choose from. Clean, fairly well organized store. Even on December 23rd, I managed to get some great Christmas gifts. They still had lots to choose from. Long lines but they moved fairly fast. This mall has a lot of security issues lately so be aware of where you park and who's around you. Still fun to shop here though.

I personally look forward to having a store close in the neighborhood. I hope that we never lose this convenience of shopping, may we never lose to the internet, thank you

Good good selection of clothing apparel and it's been a store that I have been going to since my Mom shopped there when I was a little kid. Great prices and the best thing to do is look for and store coupons that will save you the most money.

Was trying to get a hold of the pick up department regarding an order. No one answered & also called every department in the store to see if anyone can help me nothing. Haven’t shopped at Jc penny in a while and don’t think I’ll shop there again. Bad customer service more like none at all.

Really poor customer service. Had an item I wanted to return, never used, receipt and all but it was around the 60 day mark since purchase. Refused to give refund because they have “signs all over the store” stating that passing the return window would not get you a refund, even with proof of receipt. Would not even allow store credit for the full value of the item. Really poor business model, no wonder why you see the store so empty. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a “store closing” sign one day soon

Navigating the store's aisles, the monotony of the shopping experience seemed to stretch endlessly before me, a seemingly interminable journey through shelves stocked with various goods. The fluorescent lights overhead cast a sterile glow, accentuating the mundane nature of the surroundings. The rhythmic hum of refrigerators and the distant murmur of fellow shoppers further contributed to the overall sense of ennui that permeated the air. As I pushed my cart forward, each squeaky wheel turn echoed my sentiments of boredom. The shelves, neatly organized and meticulously arranged, failed to ignite any spark of interest. Product labels, boasting vibrant colors and persuasive slogans, blurred into a visual mosaic, blending together in a sea of consumerism. Occasional announcements over the store's intercom punctuated the otherwise monotonous atmosphere, their robotic voices conveying promotions and reminders that failed to capture my attention. The smell of cleaning supplies lingered in the air, a faint reminder of the perpetual battle against germs and dirt within these retail confines.

Less custumers inside the store, everything irganized and floor associates are very helpful.

Even right up to the holidays this place was well stocked and easy to find everything. Haven't been to a JC Penny's in a while but had a positive experience

This place is terrible don’t come here at all they don’t even want to help you. It’s like you’re talking a different language when you’re asking for a specific item instead they look at you and watch you giving you dirty looks don’t even sample their small items

Hard to get services to answer questions, long lines and a lot of clothes are in the wrong places on the rack creating the disappointing feeling of finding something you like in your section only to find its not your size at all but in the section for you, this happened 4 times during 1 visit.

Was not able to find my go to Stafford dress pants but did find a suitable pair of Haggars. Got a good deal considering the retail price. Would definitely buy another pair. Nice selection of other options also .

Walked thru this west covina mall and walked thru jc Penny's like a trip down memories lane. Store products are new but the fixtures looked like they were the original ones they used when it opened.

I love JC Penny’s sales! I got a Juicy Couture watch for my birthday on sale. The watches are 20%-50% off regular prices. They have a good selection of fine jewelry. Some of the fine jewelry is on sale as well. The store is clean and organized. I had a great experience shopping at the West Covina location! I’m a happy customer!

I am so disappointed with Jc Penny Co. That they don't have any chairs for senior with handicap issues, anywhere in thier stores / or even through out the mall only place to sit is at the food court area..🤨 very upsetting

What a shame that this JcPenny hires racist like Leslie in their jewelry department! Will never come here and will be spreading the word that LESLIE at the Jewelry department is a racist person and only asks black individuals to show their ID to demonstrate them jewelry! Shame on you !!

They were very polite when I returned some shorts that were to big. The JCP Needs to put the sizes comparable to the LARGE, X- LARGE, & the XXL. THATS why I returned the XXL shorts.

It was cool but they didn't have size 9 in stock shoes I wanted so I had to pay and come back and get them.

I was helped by the the most amazing worker there. Her name was Mona. It’s not my first time running into her and every time she helps me with saving money and finding items around the store. She clearly is an amazing worker and truly cares for her customers. These 5 stars are for her☝🏽

Great deals here if you look hard enough. The one time discount for a new credit card is a big help. Mona the cashier was very professional, friendly and helpful. I took the company survey, but there is no place to say good things about their employees, so I'm doing it here. She is an asset.

More clothes for men than women. Over the last 10 years, I have seen some big changes happening in this economic, popular store for many shoppers. I used to like to park on the 2nd floor then I can walk in this store with easy access, but it is closed now. More over, I used to buy some good quality pants and socks, pajamas on both floors, even ordered some sunglasses here. However, I didn't see women clothes sections with easy, but most popular sections, are full of the clothes for men. I wonder if this store is planning to turn into a men's clothing store soon.
