    Honestly what everyone says about this place is lies, there is nothing wrong with this place, it has great food great service and i notice people who complain about wait times order the most difficult drinks! They aren't artificial intelligences people these are kids!

    I order through their app and several times I've ordered way ahead and my has either been forgotten or lost in the shuffle only to wait there an additional 20 to 30 minutes while other patrons are purchasing their drinks on the spot and getting their orders fulfilled. It is that that has led me to visit this place seldom and avoid it as much as possible. Other than that when I do get my drinks on time they're right on the money, pun intended, and are as ordered.

    Drove all the way over here because Google showed them as closing at 11:30pm. Drive through gave us the automated closing message. They just decided to ignore their operating hours today and ended up closing 20 minutes early. Sign on door says 11:30pm for closing. Waste of my time driving over here. Not cool. Change your posted hours if you plan on working different hours. Will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. Two thumbs down for the employees working tonight.

    Ive been coming here for sometime now and really didnt have to many issues. Its close to me and they are usually very fast and friendly but this last trip made me call it my last trip here. I have never experienced bad service from starbucks in my life and it even hurts me to say starbucks have crew members like this. This worker (Valerie) was so rude and unprofessional i was shocked and all over cause we asked for a straw after they made us wait for our drink because they made it wrong. She was so upset and rude to us and i dont even want to say the way it ended. Just that, i will never be back here again. I rather take the drive to another starbucks. What is becoming of starbucks now? So sad because i visit daily and would of never thought of starbucks like this.

    I come here on a regular basis. I live two minutes away. But lately the drinks don't taste that great. Today, when I pulled up to the window, the guy working there had left my drink outside with the window closed. He had his back towards me, and from what it looked like, he was taking an order over the head set. The car before me had ordered the same drink as me, so when I initially saw the drink on the outside counter, I thought it was just part of her order. Until she pulled off and the drink remained there. And when I pulled up and he finally tuned to help me, he handed me that drink. Look, I get you have a fly fan. But it was blowing on my open drink, which is kinda gross if you ask me. Between dust and bugs that fly around. I'm not sure what the protocol is, but that isn't a good look. I didn't think to take a photo until he finally turned to hand it to me.

    Was okay overall,I ordered a drink waited about 5 mins for it. Before I left I got another drink but in that 15 mins they had ran out of Venti size cups… so the first time I paid like around $6 for my venti Frappuccino, the second drink I paid $5.75 for a grande…… that’s a awful lot of difference between the two sizes and evidently it’s .25 difference.. not worth imo

    A bunch of incapable workers that shouldn’t belong in service industry. Take over 20 min for drinks that were ordered ahead by being negligent and letting anyone take whatever they want. Then have the audacity to be snappy and cop an attitude by refusing to take responsibility for their shortcomings and being argumentatively hostile. Not one shred of anything resembling a “sorry” as if they’re not at a job to provide the utmost basic customer service.

    if you have been to one Star bucks..you have been to them all .. same for McDonald's and so is True for Walmart IN & OUT burgers ..repetitive service.. catering to our most basic needs with outstanding customer service... reliable and proficient product... for that we pay for $10 beverages and $15 burgers..

    This is the most horrible starbucks place I have ever been with. Very bad customer service. The crews are very mean, rude and very very unprofessional with customer specially with elder people. The way they treated their customer was very unwelcoming. The crew is packed but no one is entertaining upcoming customer. It feels like when you enter the store as a customer you feel like you don’t exist to them. This is the worst experienced I had in all the stores here in california.

    My coffee was tasty and not to hot. It was a cold rainy morning, but I walked in. Seemed that the guy making the beverages put locals that came in after me b4 me.

    Very nice stand alone location about mile off the 10 freeway at Arrow highway in Covina. Updated design has the slab concrete floors. They had balloons and stuff for the new Oleato drink, which I tried in latte form and it was actually pretty good, like that butter coffee that was the rage here in LA a couple years ago.

    There's always a line in the morning. If u park here in the morning just be aware that it's pretty hard getting out to leave bc it's packed n u will have to wait till the drive thru is done before the cars let u out.

    I visited another Starbucks on Azusa and their line went super fast and I was impressed. However, when I tasted their coffee ☕, I was no longer happy. I am way 😊 happier with this Starbucks

    Great employees here at this location! Service is always top shelf! Order is right and fast. They work together instead of against one another. It's a great thing to see in this day and age. Thanks for kicking my mornings off with a smile.

    Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and there are a ton of people wary of wanting to go outside, I wasn't surprised to see a line for the drive thru that literally wrapped around this location. Despite that, the crew here was very attentive and efficient. I ordered a mixture of their golden ginger drink and pineapple matcha drink and it was great! A great balance of flavour with that extra kick of ginger. Despite the busyness of the drive thru, the crew was very diligent in ensuring that everyone's orders were correct and that their patrons were satisfied. I nearly drank all my drink on the way home! Would definitely go back to this Starbucks! Thank you guys!

    This is my go to Starbucks location even though I do have one closer to home, they didn't put the lid on a reusable cold cup that I had just purchased from them spilling the whole drink all over me in drive thru. Btw the employee didn't even apologize at all just ask if I needed napkins and told me they can make me a new one. Well this location anyways is great they NEVER get my order wrong, they are ALWAYS so nice to you and the line moves pretty steady during busy hours. To me that's a plus especially for being at such a busy intersection.

    On June,16,2022 at 9:30 am I went this Starbucks to buy a breakfast sandwich and a drink well last week they had made my drink wrong I had spoken to witch I think was the manager. Told me to come back to get my drink fix couldn’t go because of work so I decided might as well ask if they could give me the replacement of the drink I go wrong. So I told the baristas what had happened with my drink she was kind to refund me the drink but once she told the baristas that was in cash register to refund me the drink When I went to pick up my refund she was rude and she told me that why did I tell her from the beginning and that next time to have the name of the person I spoke with. Done going to this place.
