Wife loved the ring I purchased there. Pickup was very easy. However, we went back to exchange the ring for a different size on Sunday afternoon and they were closed (even though the hours posted on Google said they were open 12-6). That's an hour down the tubes! I would call before making a trip just to make sure. BTW, best place to enter mall to get to this store is by Red Robin.

First of all when we open the package The box was totally destroyed no problem so we took it back to the Zale store and we replaced it no problem. Well when my mom went to put on the necklace she noticed the chain was broken. At this point I was like really first a totally disheveled box and now a broken chain? So we took it back again to the store and the lady straight up gave us attitude abou it. She’s like well when I put it in the new box it wasn’t broken. First of all she didn’t put it in the new box the man working there did so how could she know? She ended up replacing the chain for us, but I won’t buy anything here again because it was a mess and then when we tried to get it fixed we got rude service.

So, since Covid I actually PREFER online shopping now and the fact that my necklace was damaged meant I HAD to take it to an actual store for repair. Upon entering I noticed a woman helping another woman and a man helping another man, so, I kinda browsed around literally waiting for some type PROFESSIONAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I KNOW the lady didn't see me, however, the male saw me clearly, because after standing there for about ten minutes, I sat down literally in his line of vision, at the adjoining counter, also, to mention when I walked in I walked in facing him, so, he clearly KNEW I was there, However, NEVER, offering up any kind of customer service and this is from the "the manager"!!! Humph! The reason I gave this location three stars and not less is because, it didn't have anything I was looking for but, Jasmine, was of assistance for the most part, even tho she seemed to be IN A HURRY, but, still did her job, even tho there we no other customers at the time.

Read the fine print of purchase. If you do a promotional purchase make sure to pay off your balance in full on the date of purchase. I got charged double my amount and only owe $1400 left when ask if I could pay in full they mentioned that I was not able to and added $900 more to my bill. It's only been 20 days of final due date. They have the worst customer service in person and over the phone. DONT TRUST BEWARE. THIEVES & LIARS WORK HERE

So thankful for INGRID!! I was at this location a couple of days ago trying to get my ring taken in due to having warranty and the employee assisting me was not able to help me and I left frustrated. I came back today and to my surprise the employee (Ingrid) that had sold me the warranty at Stonewood had just transferred to this location and she made my day! She solved the problem within seconds!! I happened to see EDGAR, the employee who had sold me my wedding band and had also helped me before with my warranty and thanked him for also never giving me difficulties whenever I came to visit their location. Will continue to visit this location thanks to both of them being there. 😊

Went in to get a ring cleaned. Waited for 20 minutes to be told they aren't doing that right now due to Covi19. They should have a sign up or it should be posted on the website so we don't waste our time. I don't think they even apologized.

I went there to pick my 25th anniversary ring . I met with Gloria I told her exactly what I wanted I got a Vera Wang ring i amazed by the beauty of this ring. But i got excellent service from Gloria she was not pushy at all I love people like that, they care about customers more then the money. I will highly recommend this place to family and friends.

My Son's purchase a beautiful necklace w/ Crown pendant for me. It broke in a month. I took it back to get repaired and the did an awful job of fixing the necklace. Even my pendant looks black. White Gold isn't supposed to look dark grey! Disappointed in this store. Isn't that what the extra charge of warranty is for? Fix it to look the same as when bought?
