Absolutely the worst medical facility I’ve ever had to deal with! You can’t get through to them and if you do they never get back! Either the owner or Someone of responsibility needs to really take a hard look at the overall operating procedures and professionalism of those working there. For the most part they are rude and very inconsiderate, absolutely no customer service skills at all! I wish I could purchase the facility and terminate all the office staff and start over with new personnel! If you have a choice don’t use this facility, there are plenty of better ones out there!

I liked Dr. Snyder. My problem is with the office assistance. I have been calling the office for 1 week now because I haven't received the 2nd prescription medicine I'm supposed to take and no one has called me back or answered my call, even after leaving 3 voicemails. Had to go buy OTC medication on my own. Honestly, not great communication or service!

I honestly couldn’t believe how horrible my experience was with this doctor. He spoke to me for five minutes. Scolded me. Gaslighted me & put off my symptoms. He then proceeded to blame it all on my anxiety & then left. Total of five minutes of insulting, gaslighting, rude & uncaring care! Please go find another doctor.

I was referred here by my doctor due to some nasty GI issues. I was able to make an appointment for my consult pretty easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I arrived. I didn't have to wait long, which was nice because I've had issues with other places not staying close to their appointment times. Saw Dr Arora and he was very professional. Answered all of my questions I asked and said that I definitely needed a colonoscopy. He had me schedule that with Vanessa. She was beyond awesome and I was so glad that my doctor referred me to this office. I highly recommend them if you have GI issues.

My insurance has followed up multiple time with this office, yet still hasn't received the necessary documents from them in order to process the payment of a lab test claim. It feels like pulling their teeth to get the most basics done.

I share the same complaint that other reviewers have: no one has ever answered any of my calls or returned a call after a message was left. My written colonoscopy instructions were poorly copied, so the last part of the instructions were missing. No way to clarify those instructions since no one answers the phone or returns messages. I looked up the instructions on the web. I've been unable to schedule my follow up appointment because, AGAIN, no one answers the phone or returns messages. No issues with my either the gastroenterologist (who I saw for about 5-6 seconds), or fortunately, with my procedure, but I'll be finding another office to work with, nonetheless.

I saw a doctor here, they scheduled my endoscopy and biopsy, then they call the night before my procedure and cancel and can't reschedule me until 3 months later, then they call to confirm my appt and talk about procedure and they give me a different day/time of appt. I have the paper in my hand that they mailed to me with date and time on it and its not what they have in system. Now this is the second time, myself and my daughter took off work because someone has to drive you, and it was for nothing. I have cancelled my appointments and will look for someone else.

Thanks for the insight on this facility. These clinics need to reported/sued. So they get act together and clean shop out. You can get them on things like: 1) Failure to Make the Right Diagnosis 2) Medication errors - according to MedicineNet.com.

Your doctors are amazing. Office staff so so. You need a good office manager that keeps on top of them actually answering the phones. It does not represent your services and the physicians well.

I had a good experience as opposed to those in these reviews. I came, filled out my initial paperwork, got called, went in, saw my doctor(Sharma) and for the most part It was a fulfilling experience. Maybe if we ALL had an attitude adjustment, these problems wouldn't occur. I'm just sayin'

I do not recommend this place they never contact patients and don't answer the phone bad bad

Have been waiting for one hour so far. Don't know why the give you appointments and make you wait for so long. The same thing happened to me last time I was in this place.

Kept pushing my endoscopy and colonoscopy back more than a month and I have bad problems…not happy
