I recently had a disappointing experience at Curasia Multispecialty Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my feedback about the various aspects of my stay: 1. Unnecessary Tests: Throughout my time at Curasia, I couldn't help but notice the seemingly arbitrary and excessive number of tests they insisted on conducting. It felt as though they were more interested in running up the bill than genuinely addressing my health concerns. 2. Incompetent Staff: The level of incompetence among the hospital staff was alarming. During my wife's treatment, a staff member inserted the cannula in a wrong way into her hand, causing her unnecessary pain. This incident not only reflects poorly on the individual involved but also raises serious questions about the training and supervision of the hospital staff. 3. Inappropriate Treatment: My initial complaint of bloating, gas, and indigestion was met with an immediate decision to put me on a drip and recommend admission due to supposedly low platelet levels. This rushed approach left me questioning the accuracy of their diagnosis and whether the treatment was genuinely necessary or simply an attempt to inflate the bill further. 4. Unpleasant Environment: The overall ambiance of the hospital was far from satisfactory. The lack of any fragrance machines contributed to an unpleasant and stale atmosphere. A medical facility should prioritize creating a clean and soothing environment for patients, but Curasia seemed to neglect this basic aspect of patient comfort. 5. Financial Exploitation: It is disheartening to feel like a mere source of revenue for a hospital rather than a patient seeking genuine care. The impression I got was that Curasia Hospital was more focused on extracting money from patients than providing quality healthcare services. The entire experience left me with a sense of being exploited and undervalued. 6. Not Recommended: Based on my unfortunate encounter with Curasia, I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to anyone seeking competent and compassionate healthcare. The combination of unnecessary tests, untrained staff, questionable treatments, an unpleasant environment, and what appears to be financial exploitation makes this hospital a place to avoid.

WORST HOSPITAL EVER...DO NOT GO IN EMERGENCY OR OTHERWISE. . I was taken to this hospital in emergency being near from home. The staff was not present in 24×7 care. I had breathing difficulty and had fever and wasn't feeling well, told this to the doctor present there who seemed least interested and gave a vibe that why is this patient at this time. I doubt even if they were qualified enough.I was having a drowsy feeling as they have given me an injection so when I felt the need to use the washroom i asked the nurse to help but i felt very uneasy after getting up and sat down at the floor which made me feel comfortable for few seconds the doctor started yelling and asking me to get up to which I replied that please let me sit for 5 mins I am not able to stand , he held me hardly from my arm to get up and even said loudly and badly that go to some other hospital. I wonder what kind of pathetic unprofessional doctors who I assume are not even qualified work at this hospital. I left from there with my mother in few minutes. I feel the government dispensary is far much better. What is so difficult to understand that a person comes to hospital is already in troble and unwell, yelling out screaming doesn't help. Ps the washroom is so filthy that the stink made me puke. Worst experience

I recently had my gall bladder removal surgery done at this hospital and experience was really excellent. The doctors, specially Dr. Tushar amd Dr. Satender are very good and experienced. They talked about the surgery and explained me very well that what needs to be done. Surgery went well and comfortable, also polite and cooperative friendly staff made it even more easier for me. I was admitted for a day and got discharge due to easy recovery. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone.
