Dirty hospital so think a thousand times before you admit your family here. They will ask you to sign a letter says that you acknowledge that patient can get infections. The bed sheets, blankets, curtains, blinds are dirtier than a govt hospital. Staff is unprofessional and rude. If you ask them to change the sheets they will say “not our headache YAAR”. If you ask them to move a little so the patient can get down from the lift, they will say “sorry m hungry so I need to go first”. Doctors are rude. Nurse will do their chores in patient room and sometimes flirt too. They will talk about their personal life without giving a thought that the patient is trying to sleep. Doctors will talk about their rosters and shift and crib about it. The security guard will not let you see your relatives who are admitted. They will simply say “no your family member is not here”. You will have to run from pillar to post to know which room your relatives is admitted in. They r so much after money that they will not let your patient stroll in their own building fearing that you will run away without paying bills even if govt is paying your bills. When you want to complain then they will send some guy from pwd team which is patient welfare dept and they will pretent to listen to you but as soon as you are done, they will say okay write it down and give it to me, instead of changing anything. Two member of my family were referred there by Army and I regret bringing them here. I would urge you NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND RISK WELL BEING OF YOUR FAMILY. Simply find other reputed hospitals.

Kurkure packets in Emergency ward floor. BP machin in dust and littre. On 27 Jul near about 2000 to 2130 hrs. I personally complaint to the staff regarding hygiene and cleaning about the same. They didn't care about the same and showed little interest. They replied this isn't their job. Poor parking facility.

Very very poor and slow service. Got the bed after waiting for 3 hours even though the bed was available. Washroom not available in wards. GDA is not available for patient care. Bedsheet is dirty/not washed. In this hospital the person accompanying the patient also gets ill. Please avoid this hospital

Shortage of GDA staff always... My mother was not well.. When I reached the emergency no GDA staff available.. Dr call to GDA than a girl come after 18 minute without of GDA uniform. Bed sheet are always dirty. No sheets are changed on daily basis. At the discharge time, they take the lot of time.. Hospital staff and management also know the shortage of GDA. So plz owner of the hospital plz check the shortage of staff. Facilities wise zero rating.

Very bad managment. They take a lot of time at the admission and also at the discharge. Management dont listen their patients. They treat them very badly. Senior nurses are very rude and dont behave good as well. They dont care about the patients. The whole staff is very non-professional.

Kindly avoid this hospital. Harrowing experience where the administration refused to discharge a patient. They wanted a reason for the same without realising the doctor had given the consent. Our patient was absolutely neglected besides being admitted in the ICU.They fleece the patients. This should be looked into.
