TONI & Guy is so far The worst hairstylist ever in Kuwait. I really don’t like to write negatively on a company in general but really this needs to be addressed to people planning to use your services. This salon is expensive and not worth it at all !!! Even by European standards, yet promises that their staff are fully capable of working with all types of hair and specialise in colouring. I booked an appointment with a Senior stylist at this salon, being promised that she is an experienced and talented hairdresser. Clearly this was a lie. This kind of salon uses the facade of skilled staff to give off the elusion that it is a professional salon with standards of service, but this is completely untrue. I believe that my hairdresser had extremely limited experience colouring hair. I asked for balayage. I already had some balayage in my hair, some nice blonde highlights mixed in with my naturally brown hair. So I asked for her to do the same thing. She said this was fine and she could do it. She then proceeded to completely cover the bottom half of all of my hair in bleach. The result was orange with grey ends. For a supposedly experienced hairdresser to not understand the work balayage is clearly unbelieveable! The manager, the next day I came back could see what was happening and did step in to try to help. She advised her to put a toner so the hair is not grey anymore to again find myself with mixed blonde / orange hair on the top of my head with grey shades ! This salon completely ruined my hair beyond repair, and forced me to pay 175 kd in total despite the fact I was almost crying because I was so upset and the colour was in no way what I had asked for. All I can say is: AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR AND ASK YOU TO PAY A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. If you are in Kuwait and can't stand your roots, it is far better to go to another salon or even to endure it wait until you can go to a salon back home. This was the worst experience I have ever had with my hair, I hope this review can prevent other people going through the same thing.

The most professional hairdresser in kuwait loved it

Went for a haircut from Bernadette and asked for a two inch trim on my color free, healthy black waist length hair. She acted like she understood but she took off about 6 inches and made it so layered and thinned out my ends for no reason on top of taking off 6 inches. when I brought it up to her, she said she only took off a couple inches and gave me exactly what i asked for. If this was the States, I would sue her. YOU ARE BETTER OFF CUTTING YOUR HAIR YOURSELF OR GOING LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. it will be cheaper and the results will be less horrifying. In the images, the curly hair is a month ago and the blown out bogus layered hair is yesterday right after the cut. If you care at all about your hair, stay the hell away from her because she will blatantly disrespect you, your wishes and your hair. It was specifically advertised that this stylist is pro at working especially with curly hair and has many years of hairdressing experience under her belt. I never go out of my way to write reviews but AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS because they will butcher your hair!! I was asked to pay 38 kwd for this atrocious haircut. Save your money and your hair, you have been warned. I have been a loyal customer since 2014 and rest assured they will not be getting a single penny from me.

My recent experience with Toni and Guy has left very disappointed. The lack of communication and negligence I encountered during my visit was entirely unacceptable. I had requested a specific offer, which their WhatsApp team replied to. However, upon paying, I was charged 110 KD! and the explanation was that it was an old offer. While I understand that offers may change, the fundamental issue here is the complete failure to communicate this change to me. It is unacceptable that such an important detail was omitted. As a customer, I relied on the information provided by your team, and this incident has left me disappointed. Clear communication is essential for a business like yours, and this experience falls far short of what I expected from Toni and Guy.

Lovely services... over priced. But it is worth the price if you are a beginner and do not know what to tell your stylist. Eyelash extensions also used to be great. I hope they bring that same person back. She was very professional.

I've had the privilege of being a loyal customer of T&G for several years now, and I can confidently say that this salon is in a league of its own. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff here is not only skilled but also incredibly friendly. Over the years, they have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that every visit is a memorable one.

used to be a loyal client but things have changed around the salon and i had the worst experience ever the service is so bad and i got charged 96kd for absolutely nothing! even the mani pedi which is the bare minimum was atrocious and looked like it was done by a 5 year old. never again !

Today I had haircut,mask treatment and toner to my blond hair with Robin.everything perfect.also I had a nice head massage while the mask was on from another lady.
