Heavenly experience. We had availed the body massage and body polishing. A lot of staff could speak english so no communication issues. Large spacious rooms and totally clean. Would definitely visit again. Edit ( 29/09/23) The salon lived up to my expectations yet again. I availed a DeepTisue Massage for 60mins. This was one of the best I have had compared to more expensive spas. The technique, pressure and body stretching was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff was at their friendly best and very professional. I recommend this place for all your spa experience ( prices are also reasonable).

Great spa service .Taken full body massage of 90 minutes and had a great time .The room was very nice with the heater inside it .The girl who was giving massage was very well experienced as the way she was giving massage was amazing and she was making sure all the pressure points are covered in it within the 90 minute time frame . Must visit place if you are looking out for the body massage .

I went to get hair cut and gel manicure.. I can say haircut they do good but they need to really hire a good nail artist .. coz I did a nail paint and this lady didn’t do filing and at last there no top coat the next day my nail polish was peeling out I base in Delhi and had flight next day .. please don’t get ur gel nail polish form here …

Upset with their services this time. I have been a regular there x 10years now. And Zampui did such bad highlights this time.the damage is irreparable . I have lost faith in their services. Will never go there again.

Been one of the earliest customers of Mupui back in 2000's. Left Shillong for good in 2008 (now settled in NZ). After 15 years, I came for a short visit to Shillong and dropped in Mapui for a haircut and a head massage. Pretty impressed (despite the whole change over of the staffs and the location itself). Rushed back the second day for a back massage. It was almost closing time but they accomodated to my late request. Thank you Mapui for the lovely service. Absolutely gorgeous staffs and very soothing vibe. I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a great professional massage and makeover. Best wishes!

I used to be a regular customer here, but now their services are not good at all. I felt cheated after doing facial of 2500, honestly it was nothing special also I've noticed that for every facial type they use the same products and always a same mud pack in the end, also same products for manicure & padicure like massage cream and scrubber are the same. Cheating by charging customers for facilities of different rates and using same one type of product for literally everything. Their head massage is not good at all its mostly shoulder and upper back massage, foot massage is mostly leg massage. Padicure and manicure is the most pathetic. Will not recommend Mapuii anymore. They cheat customers big time.

Really clean, reasonably priced place with caring and well trained staff. I got a haircut and my nails done, will definitely go back for so many other services they offer!
