Very airy and well appointed. It is great to see well thought out eateries coming up away from the big cities. As people migrate away from the big towns, so are the amenities that were previously exclusive to where they came from. 19 Coins has something for everyone - from fast food, to ice creams and proper home cooked meals. It is also clean and the service friendly. I'll definitely return.

19 Coins has revolutionized Isiolo restaurants. Before 19 Coins, Eeman was the only decent place someone would go but was rather expensive. 19 Coin has ambient environment and reasonably priced food.

Good ambiance, cold food

Had two interactions with this restaurant. First, went for Iftar with a few colleagues and were disappointed both by the service and food. The food was served cold and although we asked to be heated, was returned cold again. The hotel staff and management were not helpful with our concerns. Being Iftar time for Ramadhan, one would expect to be served fast, but this was not to be so. It took so long to get already made food, we almost left unserved. Coupled with the poor service, it was a bad experience on first visit. My second experience related to a takeout a few days later. I was very disappointed to receive not only cold food but also chicken I thought was several days old- the chicken had changed colour and was completely dry. I found the food risky and dumped it. I am done with 19 Coins as I think it could pose a public health risk in food service.

Half the items on the menu they don't have. Some staff say they never have, others say only today because the chef is not in (a few times...). Some waiter have no clue of what most items on the menu are and a chicken kebab is identified as something with eggs and cheese... Shawarma is not really a shawarma either. Airy atmosphere though.

It's very serene environment and customer care is at top-notch However , I didn't like the pizza I ordered . It wasn't fresh and looked it was prepared some days ago.

The service is awesome and the meals are delicious.theres indeed value for our money. Just to mention there some food item available in the menu but physically they are missing items.

Cool and comfortable place in Isiolo town. The only cosy place in the town. Plan for a date with your heart wamer and order pizza and a cold fresh juice. You will enjoy an inhouse water fall,this is the best feature I observed here.

Not a matter of building, foods served and waiter response to a customer very lazy, most food are not there, not written order or self-service or pay first, you seat no attention only later after a whisper
