Very peaceful place... Quiet rooms and very clean.😃😃😃😃

The pool is very cold amazingly despite the hot sun in that area.. Otherwise it's a great spot and customer service is much higher than other places around. You order and the the food comes almost immediately.. Large swimming pools and fun playground for kids.

A good place dividing an arid area with an Highland placea get away visit to have fun hold a conference in a sirene environment, it provides free WiFi, executive rooms and good service, when the place gets hot you can enjoy get into the swimming pool

It's a good hotel located on your way to Isiolo,the room I slept in had a nice view,it was clean and ambience was ok..Has a pool and is full most of the weekends..The Choma was soft but the food options need to be improved!

It's a perfect place to go out with the family especially on the weekend and holidays. Watch out for sunday's for it gets a bit crowded in the afternoon.

Serenity and calmness redefined. Sitting in Isiolo, the Royal Acacia Hotel is one you want to have on your bucket list. Excellent cottages that make or a home away from home. Food may take some time, though, something the management needs to check on. Otherwise, a good hotel to spend some time in with family and friends. Better work on the grass, too. And plant more trees and make better walkways/paths.

The room provided had several issues. The shower didn't work, the toilet didn't flush properly and housekeeping was poor. The receptionist (Cynthia) on the day (5th & 6th Sept 2023) requires additional training, doesn't engage well with clients (bad attitude). However, the waiters (Mwaniki and Gilbert) compensated for her lack of professionalism. Except from the odd receptionist, all in all a fair stay.

The place is beautiful,though Isiolo is a hot and sunny place,their environment has fresh air and rooms are so well ventilated. You don't have to worry about hotness while in acacia. Just order a cold 🍺

The service is superb. Meals are super amazing, calm environment with an amazing Swimming pool. Good Network reception. An ideal place for a Good week-end chilling with family and friends.

Nice place for nyama choma. Environment is perfect. But getting 4 pieces of small roast potatoes at 350 is day light robbery. The worst among all places I have visited in Kenya.

Right from the good reception at the gate, then by waiters.. clean, spacious rooms located in a serene environment. Meals are well prepared. One can choose to eat indoors or outdoors as you enjoy nature and the fresh air. Staff are professional. I visited with staff and we had fun. I have since then visited often to enjoy a meal with family. Visit them and be the judge.

Has nice rooms. Spacious, good bathroom and good views. Great swimming pool that is a blessing in the hot weather of Isiolo. Food portions for lunch and dinner were good and was well made. Main downside was the included breakfast. Small portions with odd choices such as pasta and peas 🤷‍♂️

Beautiful beautiful hidden gem in Isiolo. Nice music playing and everyone inside and outside can enjoy it. Serene and calm. Very very clean and well built. Service is good, but can be better. I loved my short visit and I will be back with friends. Amazing.
