Saya jarang bagi review negative but i think this is too much. The workers (two girls) are so rude while serving us. Put an attitude like we didnt pay anything. Kalau nak org dtg selalu buat kerja betul2 dik. Jangan sombong je. Yg the guys are very nice and know how to entertain the customer. Spoil betul yg 2 girls tu, hope the management take this matter seriously because it can seriously affect the reputation of your company.

First time visited on Sunday @ 4pm. Only deluxe room was available at time of my arrival. Although no reservation can be made, but the friendly staff informed he will call when the small room is available 30mins later. Surprisingly the room is clean and well keep even it is small. What impressed me is the karaoke and its sound system is perfectly good for me! With the price per room without peak hours charge is really a good place to spend with if tired from shopping in the mall. Will come again definitely and try its food next time 👍

Visit on Monday after 5:30pm , mini K & small room all full , staff feedback need wait around 1 hour, only left 1 Deluxe room. I don't want wait so just take the Deluxe room ... So far lot of language & songs for selection.

Pros; - new and clean area - aircon reasonable - song selection satisfactory - sound system not great, but acceptable Cons; - pricey for such really small deluxe room @ 35rm per hour. - service just average - came on weekdays, 5pm, most of the 2pax small studio room fully occupied

While waiting for hotel check in at 3pm, we decided to spend some time here. Initally book for 1 hour, in the end book for additional 1 more hour as it was fun singing with family. Price is reasonably cheap, karaoke room is clean and spacious and mike cover also given. Latest english, malay & korean song also available. Staff is also friendly. Will come again next time.

I've noticed that this establishment offers incentives for 5-star reviews, hence the high ratings. But I'm providing an honest assessment. Unfortunately, the staff's customer management falls short. The listed closing time is 10 pm, but bookings are only accepted until 9:15 pm to accommodate cleanup. This discrepancy should be addressed. During our visit, we experienced a significant delay before being able to use the facilities. Although we were willing to wait, we had explicitly requested a 1-hour session. However, after the wait, we were informed that our time would be limited to 30 minutes due to cleaning constraints. This last-minute change would have influenced our decision to wait and should have been told to us earlier

Nice, clean and comfortable environment. Great sound system, and great concept. It's fun to hangout with friends and family. Affordable price. Its in a mall so it's convenient. Good choices of Korean and English songs. They also have some Tamil and Hindi songs. No My Chemical Romance songs are such a bummer, hence 4 stars. Comes with free drinks.
