I went to the clinic 2 days ago.Doctor treatment was nice n works;Mr Gopi if not mistaken. Just want to request to advise the Malay receptionist (short,thin,wear tudung)to behave herself Infront customer .she was eating chocolate (something like kids chocolate in straw strip)it's looks so unprofessional n disgusting n it's shows no respect when u r attending customer n call customer with no respect.just replace this Malay receptionist with other new staff who knows discipline at workplace.if you want to eat ,eat at ur brektime la,not Infront customer.kurang sopan betul

Hey, Doctor Today, my friend went to yr clinic. 1 and 1/2 inches length wound, 40 stitches, 1 Hour treatment,you strongly demand rm1200, and she so scared and paid all medical fee. Is this the correct medical fee? I will check.

Worst clinic to visit. Lowsy staffs even I visited previous cannot give proper guides to the patients. Telling lame excuses even with numbers skipping say I registered patient for another doctor. Doctor went outside while patients waiting Supposed staffs need to manage the que. No numbers were given. We need. To ask them how many people ahead. Almost still waiting for 1hpur plus and not seen doctor yet. When register said got 4 patients ahead me. Now already 80minutes. Waiting. 4 patients need more than 20minutes each?

Took my kids to this clinic this morning. No other patients were there thus we were the first..had to wait for sometime before we were called in.Unsure of what was the delay about. The doctor was attentive,but prescribed too many medicines that scared me too. It felt like they were making money unnecessarily lol.but he did a proper check for us so no issues on his service but later as u read my comment you'll understand why I was worried about the medications. Then when I waited outside,for my kids medications I lost my cool.it was toooo long of a wait for us. By then 3 patients were already waiting there. For my 2 kids consultation and medication including my mc with ors..we were charged rm 200.. The positive part is that it's 24 hours. Doctor service was decent.Receptionist was decent but please work on the timing. Hope my feedback will be taken positively

我觉得真的需要改一下看病人的方面吧？ 每次去都等超久 不管是医生 还是前面caunter 都很慢！ 每一次外面都坐着很多人 可是里面还是不会动不会出来 然后前面的印度婆马来婆却在那边讲话 笑 走进走出 ？！ 拜托 🙏🏻 病人的时间也是很宝贵的

I brought my friend who was bitten by my dog to this clinic just now. The Doctor asked us if we have money to pay. I was so surprised with his question.. my friend need medication that's why I bring her to clinic. He advised to stitch the wound because it's big. So I agreed. But I am so surpised that he need to stitched 40x include the small wound Wich is not advisable to stitch and more surprise with the price rm1,273🥺🥺.. I asked for discount because I don't have enough money to pay. But he don't want. My question is why need to stitch that so many?? Ohhh yeah. U told me that you are a Doctor.. means u know what you are doing...

2 times visit after 9pm. Both visit Dr Goni. He is a very considerate doctor. Highly recommended.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been waiting for an unreasonably long time, and there are no patients in the doctor's office. When I asked the staff, I was told the doctor is speaking with another doctor. If you need to discuss anything, it should be done outside of patient care hours. We pay for these services, and if the clinic can't maintain professionalism, it's better to close it down.

Dr India lelaki yang night shift pandai merawat mata merah..dia cuci dan bubuh ubat yang melegakan mata.anak saya sembuh cepat untuk penyakit mata merah.apabila saya merah mata,saya pun pergi dapat rawatan yang sama.walaupun beratus ringgit，tapi yang penting sembuh cepat.penyakit mata merah sangat mengacau sebab asyik rasa itchy..tak boleh tahan.

I went there for 2 times, Dr consultation was good and I satisfied with service they provide.

md我在学校已经生病很久料，就是忍到放学来看医生，然后？医生你很爱吃嘞，讲好2pm，医生午饭回来，然后现在已经2:40料，医生才刚刚回来没多久，才看第一个罢了，我请问呢？halo有点时间观念，我可以理解你需要吃饭，那你也有点良心好吧~_~ 我等到已经快要不烧了，所以？我登记为了什么，为了看你回来上班跟我笑一下啊？pls啦医生嘞，几多人要看医生，你要做这一行就做好他，如果现在是高烧不退的baby，酱等到你来，人家都不知道烧坏了没有

1. The clinic assistant at the counter was not friendly and didn't smile. Maybe tired of working. 2. The waiting time was extremely long. There's only one doctor, and the average time a patient spends in the doctor's room is 10-20 minutes. However, I had to wait for more than 1 hour. Additionally, the patient calling order was not based on the "first come, first serve" principle, as some patients who arrived after me were called in before me.

Worst receptionist. Very lowsy and slow almost waited 2 hours to get my medicines and mc. Doc consultation was fast and smooth

The services that I receive from poliklinik my family is excellent Dr. Dhevagi indian female doctor who is knowledgeable and friendly! Each time we have met, she has provided thorough examinations and has shown genuine concern. Overall a very pleasant experience
