This is a true hardcore old school type gym. If you want real old school Mr. Olympia level experience then this is the place for you. Plus you also have the option of separate timing for men and women so women can also go full beast mode without any problems. Update, the weight lifting facility seems to have gotten even more hard-core and even more insane. There seem to be some really crazy lifters out here. May Allah keep us all safe.

The gym is a wonderful addition to islamabad and its one of the oldest Gym's in the area. Its run by professional atheletes and bodybuilders who know exactly what kind of work out is required. The price is a bit on the higher side but seeing how the locale and placing for the Gym is expensive, I think it justifies.

Its one of the main work out place in sector F/6 of islamabad .Located in beverly centre almost all the gym loving people and crowd is attracted here.It has treadmills and all the necessary equipment for gym ranging from leg pull to heavy weight dumbells.Membership or contact is necessary either one way or the other.

Been going to this gym for quite a while, definitely the best in town, the equipment is of high quality, and the environment overall including the music and view makes it top quality.
