    Beltone staff were very polite and respectful. Testing was explained thoroughly before being performed. Results were shared immediately with recommendations and options. All done efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend the Sycamore Beltone site.

    Having trouble with my hearing aids fading in and out but a trip to see Kristen and Lindsay took care of that problem. They not only checked for program problems but gave me a "loaner" pair to use while they sent mine to the factory to be checked for mechanical issues. Very thorough, friendly service. Once again , left being a happy customer.

    The appt was great. They cleaned my hearing aids and checked the volume and whatever else they do every 3 months. The service is great.
