I've struggled a long time to hear while also saying 'what?' or asking for repeats. The Professional Hearing Care clinic is thorough and dedicated to getting you the best outcome possible. They are great with communication with helping you troubleshoot your preferences with your device, and the staff is kind and accommodating. They set everything up to give you the long term plan, not just 'here ya go' and send you on your way. They follow up and have sections of appointments to help you with each step. Always helpful and professional. Went in to have the aids dried. The sound was a bit off. Found out it wasn’t only moisture buildup but my wires needed replacement. Glad they tested them before just handing them over to me.

I am very satisfied with my appointment today. I was very pleased with how DR. Michael took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I left hearing my best. I highly recommend professional hearing care for all hearing care needs. They are all very professional and definitely take the time to listen to you. And never rush through the appointment. The only reason at this time that I selected less than 5 stars is that this was my first visit and only 10 hours ago. So far I think the results are as expected. The visit with Alli was excellent! She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, easy to understand and everything I would expect. So far I am very happy! My hearing devices are so comfortable that I don't even know I have them in place and I'm already hearing better.

The care is very personable and they really listen. When I do have an issue they are prompt to get me back in. I have been very satisfied with my care. When there was an issue they were honest and fixed it right away!

What an amazing experience we had at Professional Hearing Care, LLC. The minute we entered the building it was so pleasant and both Michaels were so helpful and had such a caring personality toward both myself and my son with Down Syndrome! I didn't realize I had hearing loss but do now. I can hear the tree leafs russel.I can hear my own voice.Its crazy but hopefully my other issues will decrease.I recommend getting your hearing checked.Wish I would have had my done sooner.This place was so nice and helpful I would recommend them 110%.
