I have only just worked out I can’t eat dairy. We come on holiday to Benllech. We have a table booked at The Benllech. On the menu is Mussels in a wine a cream sauce. I love mussels . I ask one of the servers could they steam the mussels for me. Suddenly a young man spirals at the table asking about my intolerance. It’s the chef. He can cook my mussels in vegan cream and wine. An Angel. I was so touched. A co diner tried both sauces and couldn’t tell the difference well done the chef and thank you. Every one else enjoyed their meal especially the pies!! Good value for 2 bottles fizz beer and 6 meals !!

We visited at a very quiet time of the year so we probably didn't see it at its best!! It's got great views from the car park and outdoor area with loads of seating ourltside. The bar areas are decent and clean. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed on the day we went as it was too quiet to open it. But the staff explained the situation which was great!! So a decent pub with a decent amount of drinks, with friendly staff! Oh, and there's a pool table 👍🏻

Great food and service, it's always well worth the drive over from Colwyn bay. Looking forward to my next visit already..😁

There's a new chef and the food isn't as good as it used to be. Chicken goujons were dry as well as the fish. The drinks were the best bit of my birthday meal

I've been going here for about 30 years and I have to say it's a great pub. The staff are great and really friendly. It's been extended and done up over the years to a great standard. It's got a cozy atmosphere. Haven't had food but from what I've seen it looks good and plentiful. It has a good beer garden with sea views. Highly recommend.

Loved it here. It was a gorgeous day when we visited, so we sat outside. It was lovely. All staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, fresh and piping hot (I recommend the pie of the day, whatever it is!). We'll definitely be going back.

We visited this pub because we were staying at a campsite nearby and we had our dog with us, this pub is dog friendly, the staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The second night we went, we had something to eat, it was so good and they even gave us a little something for our dog, Boomer. We look forward to going back and would definitely recommend The Benllech!

Very welcoming pub, visited whilst on holiday in Benllech last year and recently. Great choice of food on usual menu with additional specials which change regularly. Food freshly cooked, generous portions and absolutely delicious. Staff extremely polite and attentive. Dog friendly too - perfect!

👍 Always stop by here to buy some hand knit goodies and battle wasps. Great views. Good coffee But Check beach reports as water often dangerous to enter due to sewage

👍👍 I feel like Anglesey just has all the best food. We've had the best Indian, best Chinese, best fish and chips, and now the best Mediterranean / Tapas food. The name and building definitely do not give the impression that they sell tapas, and inside it is decorated more like a modern pub so unless yo...

👍👍 Fantastic food and great value for money for the quality of food/cooking. The prawns starter was cooked particularly well and was delicious. Great that the restaurant also allows dogs in , as some in this area do not. We really liked the atmosphere here and staff were friendly and attentive. Definit...

😠 Worst BLT we have ever been served. Bread dripping with brown wet liquid and bacon ruined with brown and black bits on it. Tasted foul. DO NOT ORDER A BLT! GAVE US MONEY BACK BUT FEEL SICK NOW. NOTGOOD!
