So excited to find this place. Everything and more, any pet owner would need inc some extra bits. Not many staff around, and when we did ask for help, the staff member disappeared and after 30 mins, we got bored of waiting. Loved the dog sample table (see video)

I've been to this store a couple of times and really enjoyed it. Lots of good quality products for the keen garden looking after birds and wildlife. Lots of products for dogs, cats, horses, reptiles as well as a dogs cleaning bay and a dog play area. It's in my opinion a Harrods for animals. Love it....

This place is amazing. Not only do my dogs love going here, but my kid also loves it too. Loads of choices on a huge selection of products from treats to leads. Also has a dog park inside and outside, as well as a place to wash your dog and their bedding. The onsite cafe is delicious and the staff are superb.

Great pet shop, even greater indoor play park for dogs!! A nice community feel and a safe space. Oh, and the cakes in the cafe are lush! Only a tenner per month for unlimited doggy fun!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great range of products... just a shame that our two great danes are out of the size range for some new coats.

My dog absolutely loves coming here. We always get a warm welcome from the staff both in the shop and the café. Her Instagram handle is bella_blake_22 and you can see for yourself how much fun she has. I am obsessed with this place.

The dog park is great, indoor as well as a outdoor area. We took Tecwyn last Sunday and signed him up and he loved it, running around and playing with other dogs, an hour went in a blur, we went again this week and as soon as we pulled into the carpark he knew where he was going and started getting excited. Restraint is going to be needed with all the lovely cakes on sale in the cafe

Staff lovely and everyone keen to help. I come here for chicken feed and accessories as they have the verm-x range. Chickens happy.
