Lovely art gallery and museum, complemented by an excellent cafe. Never been here before, even though we've been coming to the island for nearly 20yrs. Definitely recommend for a visit.

We loved this gallery. The museum was quite good and informative, but the local paintings were great; a lot of great mountains and local scenery as well as some more abstract paintings. There's also a lot of good art and crafty things at the shop at the entrance. Rob Percy's book of watercolours is one of my favourites, and there are plenty of other great books and prints by local artists.

Had a 2 and a half hour journey to oriel mon to be refused entry with my service dog. I checked the website first... and it says.. service and guide dogs, when I got there the receptionists werent rude but they were completely unengaged with me as they were busy chatting to each other. I asked twice to be told `guide dogs only` I repeated he was a service dog, and was ignored. We got back in the car and drove home. i got as far as the entrance Devastated. I'm a massive kyffin Williams fan and was so looking forward to being in the gallery. I did email the gallery and they replied 4 days later saying ` we are sorry` that was it. It's hard enough going anywhere when you're disabled, but to be turned around at the door is really crushing. Won't be going there again. Which is a shame because I'm an artist!

Had a lovely look around the museum & gallery. Then hubby bought me this lovely necklace for our anniversary. Spoilt for choice, staff were lovely & friendly.

Lovely exhibition by former art Teachers at Llangefni High School. Cafe has reopened serving delicious cakes!

Visited last year and cafe was closed so thought we'd try this year now it's open. Couldn't find a menu apart from specials on a board on the wall. Cafe was busy with what seemed like locals meeting and didn't feel very friendly. Very noisy too. The shop was filled with many different styles of gifts all quite pricey. but not many actual paintings or artwork. Art gallery hadn't changed except some was closed off while display was changed.

After travelling some way, I have only given three stars to this gallery because the picture of a gallery full of Kyffin Williams oil paintings on the website is misleading. The gallery had only a few of his drawings and water colours plus prints for sale. Other wise the cafe is excellent, local art display good, , particularly the sculptures.

Enjoyed looking round the galleries for interest. Well stocked, if overpriced shop. Didn't stop at the cafe as it seemed to be more of a place for meeting up, with little space left for occasional visitors.

Great place. The museum section, although not big, is really interesting. The display of artwork is well worth going to see.

One of my favourite museum & art galleries. When I first visited in 2022 I was in awe, now in 2024 as I start my retirement move to Môn, the museum, housing the history of the island seemed to mean even more today. I shall miss the harp exhibit after it closes in February, but guaranteed there will be something equally exciting in its place ! Just a shame the cafe was closed today…

I've been to Llangefni before to walk round the Dingle and noticed a sign for Oriel Mon and so decided to see what it was. There are two massive galleries and a museum which are worth viewing and a large cafe which is very impressive. One can buy lots of locally sourced Welsh items at the shop. I'll definitely go again after walking the Dingle next time.

A mix between art gallery, exhibit, Christmas shop (when we visited) and café. One of the best gallery spaces I have been to in some time.

Passed this place and never thought of visiting , a chance encounter one might say , really enjoyed the visit , They also have a lovely cafe that really tops the experience.

Lovely visit here and lucky to find a Christmas craft event on, some gorgeous products on offer. The gallery itself is well laid out and very chilled to walk around. Good accessibility too. Great shop and cafe on the way in/out. The carpark is right outside with ample spaces. Recommend a visit, especially if the weather is a bit off.

Clean and tidy gallery. The art on display will no doubt be perfect for many visitors. Personally I was disappointed. Guest exhibitions may make visits more worthwhile. The coffee was OK. The shop is twee but safe. Great welcome from the lovely lady on point.
