Some of the staff go above and beyond to provide friendly, professional service while others are simply there for a check. The one star is dedicated to those who take pride in what they do and truly try to make the place fun & safe for kids. Moving on, I visited the place for the first time and was immediately informed about becoming a member. I figured I might as well let my daughter be a member because the price for one visit is the same price for a basic membership (monthly) in which she can come multiple times whenever we choose. Why not? Right? Mind you, it’s my first time, so I haven’t even seen the whole establishment, but I went ahead and paid for the membership. That’s my badness. We go to the play areas and I instantly felt like I should’ve waited before getting the membership. 4 attractions were open out of the 15-18 listed on the website. I counted. There was caution tape every where, but no staff to assure the kids safety or make sure they weren’t playing in these areas. I watched kids play in areas that were supposed to be closed. In addition, the few areas that did allow kids weren’t monitored. How is it that majority of the attractions/areas are closed; yet the few open have no one monitoring them? The zip line needs a staff manning it!!!! I watched kids cut the line, push other kids, and made the experience horrible. Kids shouldn’t be manning these areas by themselves. The food and snacks are overpriced. The members discount took a normal size bag of m&m’s to $3.69. That’s beyond me. I’m definitely thinking about canceling the membership. These teenage staff members need better leadership. I can’t even blame them for the chaos going on at this place. I came two days in a row and didn’t see an actual adult. A bunch of young kids who lack leadership, professionalism, kindness, and skills. People pay too much money for this place to be ran like a…Nevermind. Please do better. My daughter loves the place. Meanwhile, my anxiety consumes me the entire time we’re there. The place just isn’t safe and it doesn’t provide quality service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience there today for a birthday party. The lines were out the door all day long. Upon arrival, party host got into line, waited 25 minutes, only to be told to go to another line for parties. Then the person had to wait another 10 minutes only for the FIRE ALARM to go off and the whole building had to be cleared out- which took forever and the staff took zero control of the situation or made people leave in a quick manner. We were told that this was the second time the alarm went off today and the previous time the customers had to wait 2 hours before being allowed back in. There is no signage to say where to check in for anything. The bathrooms were horrendous and had no toilet paper. The staff have zero control at the facility and enforce nothing. The whole place needs a good scrubbing considering that kids dug to the bottom of one of the foam pits only to find various items that had been lost there. Yuck! The majority of the foam blocks look like they have been chewed on and have chunks missing. Entire place severely over crowded and had to be pushing legal limits. Will not be returning.

Super fun place to take the kiddos and yourself! They've added a really cool basketball area, zip line and slide in the back recently and my kids LOVED it! Always clean and the staff is always super friendly!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a trampoline park that left me utterly disgusted and disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place was a disaster waiting to happen. First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room - the foam pit. Imagine my horror when I discovered that there was actual feces lurking within the foam pit. Yes, you read that correctly, POOP! How on earth does a supposedly reputable establishment allow such a repulsive and unsanitary situation to occur? It's beyond comprehension. The fact that they didn't promptly address this issue speaks volumes about their lack of hygiene and disregard for customer safety. Speaking of safety, the workers at this trampoline park were an absolute joke. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually ensuring the well-being of the patrons. I witnessed numerous instances where children were engaging in dangerous behavior, and the employees simply turned a blind eye. It was as if they were completely oblivious to their responsibilities and had no interest in maintaining any semblance of order or safety. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the facility was abysmal. The trampolines were sticky and covered in grime, indicating a severe lack of maintenance and proper cleaning protocols. It was evident that the management had no regard for the health and well-being of their customers. I shudder to think about the potential health hazards lurking within this establishment. To add insult to injury, the customer service was atrocious. The staff members were rude, unhelpful, and seemed utterly disinterested in providing any sort of assistance. It was as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to patronize their establishment. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly astounding. In conclusion, this trampoline park was an absolute nightmare. The presence of feces in the foam pit, the negligent and apathetic workers, the lack of cleanliness, and the abysmal customer service all contributed to an experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

They had a strong smell of weed and the workers were high. They were very unprofessional they were rude to paying customers and pushed my kid down. Then used profanity to them.Never going to back. Rather go somewhere else. Most attraction were closed. The best employee was Mya. She was most understanding and comfort. When everyone was yelling at us she was only that brought me to the side and told me what happend.

Terrible. This place is a complete madhouse with absolute zero organization, terrible conditions, empty drink machines, 1 1/2 hour waits to jump for 30 min. I would not come back here again if it was completely free.

Imagine showing up at 10am to start your shift to jump with 4 very active kids. Not to mention everyone else in line waiting to enjoy their birthday parties. We sat in line for over 50 minutes while only one person worked the cash register. Other employees came to the counter and walked away with wet wipes. This is beyond frustrating and should be addressed. I would much rather take my kids to exhilarate as they seem to have their stuff together.

I give it two stars for what is offered we went around 8 at night and there was a lot of inappropriate music being played with children around no enforcement of rules even tho there is a broadcast of the rules it seemed every few minutes 80% of the trampolines need the springs replaced some bottomed out very fast the other attractions they had were closed or they didn't have enough staff for it the staff at the front were very nice and upfront. Also I don't think some people paid while we were there they called colors and hardly anyone left until the very end at closing. I don't think we will go back especially after driving an hour to get to it when I have one that is 5 minutes away

We have enjoyed the Defy in Savannah after school M-Th, but this week they removed the Aerial Silks section! We are bummed, since that was my kids' favorite attraction. Previously we've been members of the Flight Club, primarily for the Silks practice. We will discontinue our membership at the end of this month. If the Silks come back, we will definitely re-up our membership and come back again as regulars. The staff have always been very kind and helpful. Saturday and Sunday are INSANELY busy. I can't handle the numbers. We definitely prefer going during the week.

The kids had a blast jumping around in A majority of the trampoline spots. However; there wasn't a tight rope like we had hoped, they only had the gloves for the "gladiator" pit but did not have the two sticks to "fight" with. Staff was friendly and courteous. The arcade was 4 games and all but one took my money but wouldn't allow me to play.

The establishment itself is pretty but man the staff needs a redo. It’s a bunch of teenagers and mid twenty somethings collecting easy checks. Always only one person to check people in which understandably can be a long process. So they have another register and the “VIP” line but you can watch 5 employees walk out the back and not one will help the line

Best trampoline park I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot of them. Both my boys had a blast, staff was very nice. And what really set them apart was how interactive the staff are. They did team games for the kids like ever 15-20 minutes

a very fun place for children, I recommend it! The only thing they don't sell snacks or something to eat.

I had 5 children with me ranging from age 2 1/2 to 12 and they all had an amazing experience. They loved the variety of things to do from jumping, sliding, basketball, dodgeball, and rope courses. They were totally worn out in 90min. The time allowed to jump was great for their energy level. The staff was amazing constantly watching and correcting any unsafe activities. Bring your own drinks because $4 for a Gatorade was a bit pricey for me. Overall everything was spectacular!

Absolutely watch what you are paying for! We were told we were only paying for a 2 hr jump session. Come to find out we have been charged three times for a membership for the 4 kids that went. Roughly $325 for three months and we don’t even live in the same state as the facility. Never sign up for a membership. Don’t have a member number. No emails. No way of canceling the membership.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! My child got Severely hurt at this location! THEY HAD NO FIRST AIDE KIT AND NO SENSE OF URGENCY! They failed to do an injury report! It’s dirty and smells horrible. Take your babies somewhere that’s clean, sanitary and safe!
