Kohl's
customer
service
is
for
online
orders
is
so
abysmal.
I
have
been
trying
to
order
pants
online
and
every
order
gets
cancelled.
Call
customer
service
and
all
they
will
say
is,
"we
cannot
verify
you"
Provided
email,
name,
last
4
of
ssn,
phone
number,
email
address,
have
told
them
what
is
available
on
the
Kohl's
card....
all
to
no
avail.
Simply,
"
We
cannot
verify
you"
This
is
insane.
Went
into
a
store,
had
the
store
manager
agree
to
talk
to
phone
customer
service,
CS
WOULD
NOT
TALK
TO
THEM!
This
is
asinine!
We
provide
EVERY
piece
of
identifying
info
asked,
walk
into
a
store,
in
person,
and
NO
assistance.
This
is
the
most
absurd
process
there
ever
was.
Maybe
THIS
will
get
someone
in
corporate
to
take
notice.
Customer
Service
is
DEAD.
My
Kohls
card
is
in
serious
jeopardy
of
being
cut
up
and
my
business
at
Kohls
is
in
imminent
peril
of
being
non-existent
moving
forward
(
and
Kohls
has
always
been
our
first
choice
for
clothes
shopping)
Just
got
off
the
phone
with
CS
AGAIN
and
they
assured
me
all
was
well
now,
well
guess
what!
My
opinion
at
this
juncture,
Kohl's
SUCKS!
