We happened to get to the Kohls store in Valdosta the weekend before school began. The store was crowded, but check-out went quickly, so did the return of an item that I couldn't use.

I had the wrong pillow when checking out and though he was busy, the young man at the cast register went to the back of the store to get me the correct pillow. He was very respectful and helpful.

Kohl's customer service is for online orders is so abysmal. I have been trying to order pants online and every order gets cancelled. Call customer service and all they will say is, "we cannot verify you" Provided email, name, last 4 of ssn, phone number, email address, have told them what is available on the Kohl's card.... all to no avail. Simply, " We cannot verify you" This is insane. Went into a store, had the store manager agree to talk to phone customer service, CS WOULD NOT TALK TO THEM! This is asinine! We provide EVERY piece of identifying info asked, walk into a store, in person, and NO assistance. This is the most absurd process there ever was. Maybe THIS will get someone in corporate to take notice. Customer Service is DEAD. My Kohls card is in serious jeopardy of being cut up and my business at Kohls is in imminent peril of being non-existent moving forward ( and Kohls has always been our first choice for clothes shopping) Just got off the phone with CS AGAIN and they assured me all was well now, well guess what! My opinion at this juncture, Kohl's SUCKS!

Nice store, Good selection and decent prices but don't like the hoops they make customers go through to get a decent price. Inflated retail prices, kohl's dollars, internet discounts, coupons, sales, etc. Making customers work is not service.

The manager (who also speaks Spanish...noted for description since I do not know her name) was beyond friendly and helpful. Very professional. This is how a retail worker should be.

Got some new shoes with my 5 dollar free money return Amazon woohoo! 100 percent cotton comforter Shams sold separately. Whoops! I didn't realize that. Oh well. I love the color.
