What a dump! This place is basically a trailer park. Most campers look like they are there permanently and not in a good way. Junk piled up all over the place. Sites are one on top of the other which isn’t unusual but wanted to mention it because someone said they are “roomy”…that is not the case. The noise from the highway is nonstop and loud. The whole place smells like sewage. Our site had no picnic table. We did have a hot shower. So we basically paid $86 for 2 showers. An insane amount to camp at this hovel. Beth was very very nice….I did want to mention that.

Lovely setting around Oak trees with Spanish Moss. Large walking path around a pond. Sites were pretty close. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we had rain one night and the sites flood. Was also noisy a little after quiet hours with someone's generator running. Good place to stop for a few nights.

Absolutely one of our favorite campgrounds! It's a small campground but the sites are very roomy. The Spanish moss hanging from the trees is beautiful. This is our third trip here and we will always come back. The manager, Beth, is absolutely wonderful. She does an excellent job of keeping the park in good condition and she's a friendly person. The location of the park is perfect between Charleston and Savannah. About an hour each way to get to either one. Also about the same distance from Hilton Head Island. We leave our chairs out at night and get up the next morning and there's no dew on them. It's conveniently located off the interstate, but far enough away from the interstate not to hear all the road noise. It's a very quiet park at night. You won't go wrong staying here!

At a total of ten acres this park is what you'd call small, or intimate. We had wonderful neighbors, the grounds and the facilities were clean and well managed. Kathy, Beth, Barry and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The fact that you're so close to Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah and with so much to see and do makes it that much better. One of our favorite RVing experiences overall and our favorite TT park.

Kathy, Beth and Barry are all super friendly and accommodating. The restrooms are immaculate, and long with the laundry room. Lots of activities for the kids on weekends, walking trails.

It is quiet. They are working on it, bringing it back up. The site we had was spacious and level. Most of the campers around us didn't look to have many if any risers for the legs or stabilizers. Most campers are ones that are seasonal as best we could tell. The staff should get 10 stars. Nice, courteous, and they notify you of what activities are going on and if the pool us being maintained and then notifying when it is reopened. I have been to several thousand trails, and not one so far has done that before. I kind of like that kind of customer service. I feel like I am a member, and getting the treatment members should get with any membership, not just thousand trails. The one drawback is grocery shopping. It is about an hours drive away. So bring the groceries with you.

Beautiful, small park that is peaceful and quiet! Beth and staff are so friendly and helpful. We appreciated them choosing a site that we could actually get in and out of easily, as our rig is not small (37'). Wonderful pool and walking trail around a huge pond. We would definitely come back if we wanted to explore the area (HH and Charleston, etc) and had more time.

We only stayed here one night as we were passing through, but wished we could stay longer! Pool was refreshing, and there was lots of equipment and activities out for the kids to use so you can just grab them when you want to play (Bocci ball, miniature golf clubs, and more). Game room was comfortable and welcoming. Laundry facilities were clean, and you get a free load to wash and dry on your first use with their app. Extremely handy, and it notifies you when your laundry is done - super cool! Staff was friendly and campground was clean. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Decent park. We had nearly a foot of rain during our 3 week stay, so it was, naturally, wet and somewhat muddy. Very nice and competent staff. Frequent community activities were offered - campfires, games, crafts, karaoke. Excellent location to visit Charleston and Savannah. Nice wooded setting.

This is only the fourth place we've stayed since getting our camper, and two of the other three were more of "RV Resort" style places rather than campgrounds, but we loved this place! It was quiet and clean, with great walking trails, and although it's not all that close to any bigger towns or cities, we found a lot to do: it's less than an hour from Savannah and a little over an hour from Charleston, and the little town of Beaufort was even more fun than either of those bigger cities for us!

We just needed a place to rest our eyes but instead we had to keep driving. The site they picked for us was so muddy I couldn’t even get the Rv setup without sliding in mud. Our original site was 32 which looked like it was better then what they switched us to which was site 5. We just left and luckily found a Koa that’s open on thanksgiving.

Great place to stop off 95 heading north or south. Staff were very helpful and facilities clean. We were texted a welcome after we got to the site to see if it was OK and then one inviting us to the evening social.
