A cold sharp March morning with a fabulous view over Laxey bay and out to the snow capped Lake District. Throw in a coffee and a cake. Aren't we just the lucky ones !

Love a walk along Laxey promenade and then a treat from the Shed at the end ... If it's cool there's even blankets provided 😜 Located on the sea front & serving a range of delicious pies, home bakes, cakes and treats ... Tasty coffee ☕😋 and hot chocolate too 😍 New section upstairs to sit and take in the stunning views ... Fantastic job 👏

Visited last year in winter Lately in summer. I love this place. Plenty of options for coeliac and vegans. Beautiful food. The vegan pina colada icecream in a gluten and dairy free cone was mouthwatering. The scenery is stunning. Turmeric latte, vegan gluten free panninis, slushies, vegan gf flapjacks... it's all lovely. And staff are all smiles

Just came in for a coffee but it was a lovely coffee and it’s a great place to come and watch the world go by.

If you could bottle up and sell the dining experience at The Shed, you'd never work again. Fantastic, fresh food, and who's gonna beat that view?

This place surprised us in so many ways. It's a walk from the electric train but the view of the harbor was well worth it. The food was amazing simple sandwiches coffee and pastries but we enjoyed them all. The staff was super kind and helpful. They were closing up but didn't rush us and even patiently told us their offerings and made polite conversation. We felt welcome and encouraged. They even told us the restaurant closes but restrooms would remain open for a bit after. The view food and staff made this a place I would highly recommend. Laxey beach is stunning and right at the front door

The place is great, lovely location and great decor. It is always busy and I think they could run it slightly more efficiently, perhaps by making it in to more of a kiosk style like on Peel breakwater. Food is great though for an afternoon snack and would definitely recommend a visit 😋

Great coffee and a beautiful location. A really great place to sit and relax on your own or with some friends and just enjoy the view. Definitely going to return! Also picked up some fantastic Manx bread to take home.

A really lovely cafe to visit. Friendly staff, great cakes and they do an amazing turmeric latte. They even provide cushions and blankets whilst you sit on the benches over looking the sea.

The Shed is absolutely lovely, situated in a pretty building close to the sea at the beach, it offers simple but great food in a relaxed and special atmosphere. A wonderful place to sit and look at the sea, have a cuppa and a panino or whatever. Loving details like health shots on the house and a dedicated cushioned shelf for a cat that lives up the road but has chosen The Shed as its favourite place to nap. Couldn't agree more. A must in Laxey.

I had a delicious vegan biscoff ice cream. The young man serving me was helpful and when he wasn't sure which toppings were vegan he went to find out for me. We sat upstairs overlooking the beach. It was really nice!!

Great little place for lite lunches snacks and drinks + ice-creams. They have plenty of outdoor seating and tables. Blankets and hot be water bottles for blustery days.

I loved it here, my husband wanted to be on the beach but I wanted shade so I got a lovely iced latte and sat on the mezzanine area on the comfy sofa listening to the great chill out tunes, went back for another and then had a sausage roll which was fantastic. One star dropped as the toilets need work and need to be cleaner. Staff are lovely. 🙂

I had the pork and black pudding pie with gravy and mushy peas. Delicious! You must give it a go.

A proper magical spot on a sunny day. Busy but chilled, all seating is outdoors and rustic but comfortable. Food is a mix of coffee and cake or light lunches. Morgans pie n peas a highlight. Service isn't fast so enjoy the views and chill.

A cutesy cabin serving a surprisingly wide array of hot and cold snacks and sandwiches along with superb coffee. Seating is limited to a row of benches and tables out front, with beautiful views of the bay. Good toilet facilities are also available.

Fantastic location. Fabulous food. Amazing coffee. Cheese and ham croissant highly recommended. Very happy atmosphere. Very comfortable and so relaxing. To recharge under the soft cozy throw listening to the sound of the waves. Went back the day after for lunch. Pulled beef sub to die for. Could not leave without trying the gelato which was mind blowing. Amazing experience. I will be back. This little gem is a must.
