My husband booked us a room for our wedding anniversary πŸ’• room was large, clean and bed very comfortable. When we arrived i treated myself to a facial, which was amazing. We reserved a table for an evening meal. Food was to die for and staff were on the ball. Highly recommend πŸ‘Œ

Just finished a 2 night stay here and must say it was the most peaceful hotel we’ve stayed in. Peter was accommodating as we arrived really early and got given a room way before check in. Breakfast is varied with something for everyone and pastries and Nutella for our DS The pool area is quiet and warm and exceptionally clean. Overall near perfect stay, will definitely return.

The staff are their best asset. We ate in the Bistro, the food was good. The staff were amazing. Lovely hotel but out of town so you need a car.

Very Very disappointed for Β£220 a night, I'd expect working air con, plus toilet roll in my room. I honest could go o, and do a small list of the serious issues for this hotel, example weekend morning staff, absolutely didn't understand a simple request like a Well Done Egg. Such a shame, the Hotel itself is nice, but cutting back, on such basics, really lets it down.

Second visit to the Isle of Man and first visit to the Comis Hotel. What a lovely hotel, warm and friendly vibe. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We are so impressed, we have booked another stay here in October!

My girlfriend got a spacation deal for my birthday. First impression of parking lot look unfinished and was required new surface. After checking in we got lower ground floor (-1) walking down on corridor like walking in dungeon. Room was just OK we were expecting slightly bigger bed but it was comfortable enough. However we didn't have much sense of privacy since the room was ground level, lot of nespresso coffee pods were available in the room, however most of them was decaff and the coffee wasn't particularly great. Spa looked ok when we went with 4 differen sauna/steam room and only 2 of us were there at first. Nothing Zen about zen garden but we both liked the outdoor Jacuzzi and luckily we tried the first after because shortly after a couple took over. Turkish aroma steam room was great. As I was sitting in the hot tub the girl asked me from reception if I paid for the spa and yet she was the one who checked us in the spa. I said we had a spacation package an all paid, all she said that's fine and no apology. We would have enjoyed the swimming pool more if kids weren't jumping in all the time. The evening meal was nothing special we both have different starters, my start was queenies which was ok. We both had steaks for main and the only side dish offered was chips, mushroom or some green would have been nice with the steak. Breakfast was ok but my girlfriend didn't like it. Unfortunately not much to do in the hotel and it's close proximity other than golf. I would not return in a hurry

What a wonderful hotel to stay in for American Extravaganza. Customer service excellent especially those on front reception desk. Pool lovely and warm and great to come back to at end of rainy day. Cleanliness in hotel superb with lovely Elemis products to use. Lovely quiet location with safe area to park our Cadillac. Would have liked a beauty treatment. Sadly did not see anyone on spa reception but informed by therapist no appointments available for duration of our stay. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful, friendly staff. Good food. Superb rooms.. Outstanding service when they asked if we were travelling the following morning, we were on an early ferry, so they said we were to help ourselves to anything we fancied at breakfast and gave us a takeaway container to put it in. How thoughtful..

The hotel is very good, located in the road to the airport and 15 minutes from Douglas, excellent situation, a superb gym and lovely spa are in the premises, if you want to be away from everything it is a good choice, if you like hiking or golf it is something you will find here.

For me, the curb appeal of the outside of the hotel is not great. It looks like a lump of concrete. Yes, it is a great location and has a lovely golf course with a good view across the green. And even though it has been refurbished the entrance hall/ foyer feels dated. The chunky, same colour sofas are just hideous. However, dont let that fool you, From booking to checking out was a really lovely experience. We booked a dog friendly room. The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. Nice comfortable ground floor room overlooking the gardens. Dog friendly treats etc. We ate in the restaurant for dinner. Food and service was perfect. Really nice breakfast. Even if you don't stay the night, go for dinner. dogs welcome in the bar. We are residents in the Isle of Man and would recommend visitors and family to stay. We would certainly return for a stay cation.

We stayed at the beginning of the TT race week, and really liked the place. It was not walkable to downtown, but getting a taxi was fairly easy. The restaurant closed earlier than we had expected one night, but Dominos delivered to the hotel so we were fine. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and it was amazing. We would return to this place for sure.

Great place to stay. Out in the countryside, nice venue. Room was great, good breakfast, ample parking, nice setting, staff are attentive and good, pool good. Didn't play golf so can't comment, very comfortable. One small thing, the room safe was not bolted down.

Fantastic hotel all round! The location couldn't be much better in terms of getting around the island - we were there on a golfing trip and special mention has to go to Ged who arranged everything for us meticulously. The breakfast was very good, good choice available and started your day really well and the restaurant for evening meal was great too. The hotel was very clean and tidy, good rooms and facilities were spot on. All in all, a fantastic trip and what a beautiful island. Thanks again to Ged for being so helpful and organising what I think will now become an annual trip!

Cindy on reception was really good, a real asset to your hotel. Nothing was too much, very polite and always went the extra mile for us. Very nice hotel, comfy, clean, good food and great facilities.

Nothing much more to say other than this hotel is top notch. Been twice now and on both occasions the rooms were spotless, breakfast was pleasant with a nice view, staff are lovely, and the facilities here are brilliant. Particularly impressed with the size of the gym. 5-10 mins outside of Douglas (by car) in a nice spot away from the main road. Cannot recommend enough if you're planning a stay on the Isle of Man.

Excellent golf course, front 9 in perfect condition but the back 9 bunkers let it down slightly, ( just need to be better and stay out of them I suppose) greens were perfect condition and very challenging, but found them quick. Definitely recommend a visit

We have made reservations for breakfast buffet tables for myself and my friends. The hot food buffet is priced at Β£18 per person and offers a diverse range of food and drink options. The selection includes sausages, bacon, eggs, beans, pudding, bread, and a variety of spreads. Additionally, they offer a variety of beverages such as tea, coffee, juices, and more. The servers and also nice and accommodating.

Absolutely fabulous hotel which has hit the nail on the head for Pet Friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern, cleaned if requested. Food was varied and delicious, restaurants and bar had unbelievable views. All the staff were so friendly and loved doggy cuddles, especially Rosie πŸΎπŸ’•. Has swimming pool, spa and treatments and an amazing golf course. 10 mins from Douglas. All In all had a marvellous stay in a hotel that welcomes pets with open arms, super staff. Can not fault this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future with our Labrador Alan. Thank you Comis x

It's a brilliant hotel to park yourself during your stay on the island. The food in the bar is a particular highlight and I'd highly recommend their pasta dishes. The garlic bread that comes with them is the best I've ever tasted and the pasta itself rivals that which I tried when I went to Rome. One thing that could be better is the WiFi coverage in the rooms. It's a bit hit and miss and I had to go to the lounge to use my laptop. Not a massive issue as you can just go to the lounge which was never that busy but would be better to be able to use the internet reliably in the rooms. Another positive is the fact that they have electric vehicle charging points in the car park so we did not need to worry about where we'd charge our car on the island. Overall a great place to stay whilst visiting the isle of man.

Love this hotel. It’s my hotel of choice when I come over. Even have EV chargers now at last. (Yes I know they were fitted during the MGP)

We went to the comedy club hosted at comis. We started with drinks in the new champagne bar, which is stunning then followed by dinner and comedy show. What a fantastic night , excellent service, food and great comedians . Great price too. Highly recommend and will definitely go again and add the stay over package. Well done comis team πŸ‘

I am quite a regular at hotels. It seems I always end up staying at the furthest room to the lifts πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ but that gives me great views, quiet night and more space! Loved it here. Room 522 recommended.

Hotel booked for the pool: this was closed. Don't know why people are not told when making the booking when this are not working. My room was not cleaned after the first day: I was told I need to put a sign on the door. We'll I was not informed on arrival so how would I know that I should do this? The sign is on the back of the do not disturb sign. Why would I look at the back of this sign unless someone told me ? Not happy with the response I got back from the hotel staff. Also I don't think the duvet smelt very fresh... I did not find the menu in the evening all that great and for a 4 star hotel did not think there was as many options for breakfast as there are in some hotels. I think the breakfast was until 10. I arrived for breakfast at 0915 and at 0950 I went to get another cup of coffee only to be told that breakfast had finished. I had to pay Β£3.70 for a coffee! Not the way to run a 4 star hotel I think.

A beautiful hotel with a well kept golf course and a lake in situ. All public rooms were elegantly presented and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent and both restaurants a pleasure to eat in. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The service superb. Unfortunately we were not told that on the back of the key card was a QR code with hotel information on and our room was not made up as you had to place a request card for your room to be made up on the door handle which is not usual in hotels. The information would have made our stay even more enjoyable. Also on one wall in our room there was a hole in the wall and some peeling paint, which made an otherwise smart room feel a bit scruffy. When our concerns were reported they were taken seriously.

Lovely hotel on the Isle of Man. Rooms are spacious and clean if pleasantly standard. We were there for a wedding and the event was managed very well. Food service was a little chaotic but it didn't detract from the day and the staff were clearly trying their very best. I found the bar to be a little expensive but apart from that we'll run and efficient. It is a golf resort and therefore a little bit isolated out of town but that was not an issue in any way. A lovely visit made by very pleasant and helpful stall.
