I’ve been at align for a few years now. Neil and his team have kept me up and about enjoying life. No more taking time off from work with a bad back. I even bought a kayak and buying my upgraded one next month. For that I want to thank past and present staff for all their help and care.

From the first consultation, I was impressed by his thorough and detailed assessment, which revealed not only the cause of my back pain but also several subluxations and a leg length discrepancy. I decided to sign up for the Corrective Chiropractic Care program, and I'm glad I did. After 16 sessions, I'm already feeling significant improvements in my overall well-being. My sleep has improved, and I no longer experience chest pain, which was caused by one of the subluxations. I'm also walking taller, which has boosted my confidence and posture. I WAS an unbeliever following a very bad experience with an osteopath, however following a recommendation from my sister-in-law I made an appointment to see Pat for an assessment and I have never looked back (pardon the pun). Having inherited spinal arthritis from years of manually lifting patients (without the use of hoists) during my nursing career, I was experiencing a whole range of symptoms and it was getting worse. I’ve been going to A4L for a few months now and I am under no illusion that there are quick fixes however I am making steady improvements thanks to Pat and the rehab team. From a converted nonbeliever I would have no hesitation at recommending Align 4 Life.

I have been seeing Pat for a few months now for scoliosis. The treatment plan has not only reduced my pain levels and improved my posture, but has also decreased the severity and frequency of my headaches.
