Very good golf tutor Ged made the stay really enjoyable. Very pleasant course would recommend.

Lunch with customers, food was OK - everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs more - so maybe it was just me! The restaurant was almost deserted, so the atmosphere was a little lacking. Service was good overall, so no real complaints, just wasn:t "feeling it" somehow!

No plant based breakfast choice available. Most hotels these days state their food ingredients, weather it is plantbased or has potential food allergies in it or not.( i. e mushrooms not fried in butter etc), this hotel does not. No marmite no penut butter no oats no oat milk or almond milks. No plant based yogurts no plant based sausages etc which was a great shame. There were 2 available options at dinner, very overpriced and totally different in amount and presentation from one evening to the next. Very Disappointed.

The course from what I’ve seen is quite good. There is a golfing shop on site as well as a driving range which is quick and easy to get going at. Just bring your clubs, pay for a bucket of golf balls and pour them into the dispenser.

Thoroughly enjoyed the new Champagne bar, great atmosphere and surroundings. The Sunday carvery was up to its usual high standard .

Mount Murray Golf Club is an awesome resort/hotel course. It is set in the Manx countryside. When I went through you could smell smoke from a wood burning fireplace in a cottage nearby and hear goats bleating. It’s juxtaposed by how nice and modern the Comis hotel and convention center is - which the course snakes around. The course is just long enough from the back tees that if you are having a bad ball striking day, it will show on your scorecard. Mount Murray is an interesting collection of holes, but the routing between holes is chaotic, making for a long walk. Carts/trolleys are available, as well as a world class range and a locker/changing room. There are a few cool views from the top of Mount Murray. This course would have good replay value if you wanted to stay and get a few rounds in at the course. Not as special as Castletown or St Edwards Bay, but I’m biased towards links courses.

Great day out last Friday playing off the whites ,super friendly staff and professional.Great value for money and I just wish I'd have stayed in the attached hotel as it looked amazing. Back to the course which I found to.be fair but challenging in parts. Key holes have to be the par 3's with their length of the backs and wide shaped green. The greens were quick but I'd have loved to have played straight after a cut . All in all a great course and anyone playing the Isle of Man please don't leave this of your list .

I would give it ten stars if I could its one of the best hotels we have stayed in .We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
