Been into this shop this afternoon to try get my little boy some trainers. What shocking service!! I was made to feel like a total inconvenience to the staff. All the staff were botherered about was chatting to each other. I will never shop here again. Don't think they realise if it wasn't for the general public shopping in there, none of them would have jobs!!!!!!

10 out of 10 for value for money. -10 for desperately poor customer service, not the fault of the many junior staff, more a case of a total lack of customer service training.

JD sports are a new addition to IOM shopping experience. Large place with a variety of shoes, tracksuits, sportswear, perfumes, and accessories. A good place to visit

I was bought a gift card for my birthday but when I went to spend it on some trainers i was unable to complete the purchase because the item was shipped directly from a supplier (Nike) They basically hold your money hostage unless you are buying their overpriced items directly from them! It’s absolute sham! If you are thinking about buying someone a gift card, don’t do it! Give them cash instead and tell them buy elsewhere! Don’t support companies with shoddy business practices like this!
