Great local pub! Very friendly. Will go again.

Superb traditional pub which is a free house and has a good selection of beers to choose from. If you are visiting for the road races get here early...there is a great vantage point for viewing the racing. Bar staff are friendly and helpful.

The Railway is an excellent local pub on the TT course a couple of miles outside Douglas. Much revived under the new landlord who has been there a year or so now,it was bustling at the time of our visit. It has multi rooms, and TV for the sport. In recent years the outside areas have been extensively developed for the warmer weather and for viewing the racing.The pub is a strong supporter of real ale,always carrying at least four,often featuring local brews as well as those from the U.K.

First time I've been in the pub. Friendly staff. Wasn't aware that they served food so gave it a try. Biggest meal I've eaten on IOM. Very reasonable prices too. Great if you love home cooked food and have a very big appetite ( try the lasagne 😋😋). Food only served Friday and Saturday nights. Happily go again and try something else from the menu.

Great pub! I have spent many happy days and nights here. It's a fantastic place to watch the guys and girls race in the TT. We even got to see Valentino Rossi go past 🇮🇲🏍🏁🏆 I thoroughly recommend that you go and have e a beer or two. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, good value food and drink. Great place to spend a day or evening watching bike racing or just meeting up with friends for a few beers. It's certainly my favorite pub in the Douglas area and maybe my favorite pub on the island. Well Worth a visit. There is a back road so you can come and go when the roads are closed for practice or racing. Update: Been back to The Railway Inn in October when there's no bike racing on and its still a great pub, good atmosphere friendly staff. Beer/drink prices are very competitive for IOM, highly recommended.

Visited for tt watched a race from the garden excellent spot loads of staff on all very friendly beer and good food also available in the garden 10/10
