I'm not satisfied with the staff. During the night someone in the staff came in disturbing with a torch. In the morning a lady came in claiming that I shouldn't be there and that I hadn't checked in, which was absurd. She told me to come to the reception and to show my passport. This woman was really disagreeable and didn't apologize, hardly looked at me. Also this was the most I've ever paid for hostel in London, and they charge Β£3 for breakfast.

DO NOT GO THERE I've never seen a place this gross in my entire life. It was supposed to be my first experience in a youth hotel but as soon as I found another place to go, I left. The light of the toilets isn't working, the place is old, crusty and so dirty it's just not possible. The pictures speak for themselves.

Best place to stay - i do feel here like at home. Staff - 10/10, but Gabriel is my fav one - cheerful, smiley and helpful, 12 out of 10 ! I will be back here as often as I will be able to! Love this place β™₯️

The location is great, but unfortunately the staff weren't. When you go to a hostel you expect to be greeted by nice welcoming people having travelled from near and far you want to feel welcomed. The lady didn't make me feel like that at all.

Five Stars to Ruth from Pimlico! She diligently works and maintains promptly at the Bell House Hostel, and she made a world of difference as soon as I met her! She was charming, polite, and professional. She took care of the beds, rooms and made everything nice!

This hostel is perfectly located within close proximity to all London has to offer. It is a great place to crash. Beds are comfortable and spacious. Nothing fancy. Just straight to the point sleeping place. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are truly warm and great folks. I really enjoyed that.

Rooms were sweet, beds were comfy, staff were nice. And one of the best prices you'll find in Central London. Easy 2 minute walk to the tube and supermarket. At the end of the day it's still a hostel, people complaining about dust should probably spend the extra cash for a hotel.

Staff was lovely, the cleaning guy is a kind man, room rather small, the hostel lacks of a small kitchenette or a small eating area.

Very budget. Great location, comfortable bed and seemingly clean sheets. The room could reaaaaally do with more dusting and general cleaning. Our room had far too much dust. Sometimes long waits for bathrooms.

Worst hostel I have ever been. The bathroom was to wet and it has a Big hole in the ceiling. Very bad people on my room, 9 pm and they already start reclaiming for the noise when I just wanted to take a bath

Its was a pretty good stay too be honest, it was very very central, the place is going through a renovation and they are trying to better the place, the service is pretty much on point and the rooms are fine, i read a lot of reviews regarding the sockets which I can confirm from the 9 nights i have spent here, they now do have new sockets in every room. Drea is the one you would find on the reception, she does a great job guiding u to the room and is also the go to person for most things you’d need, another person i would like to name mention is Gabriel, amazing guy very helpful.

Great position. The place is going under refurbishment and of course it means that some facilities are not available: not a big deal if you are atraveller and can plan your daily routine. The staff is amazing: so caring and attentive

Omar, who is in charge of taking care of the lobby very early in the morning, is very funny and very helpful. Nice experience.

This is the worse hostel or place you will ever go to anywhere in the world not only in a city like LONDON. Rooms are 3X3 with 4 beds in the building feels like it will collapse in a second very dirty, noisy and tiny. For 30+ GBP in any country you would stay in at least decent and clean place .. I have no idea how this place is regulated to operate as accomodation business.
