Hampstead Apartments is definitely my new favourite agency in London. Izabela is extremely helpful and friendly and Anna so patient and polite. The apartments are crystal clear and classy. I am very grateful for choosing them and I will absolutely prefer them and their splendid services again in the future.

I left with mixed feelings about staying at 35 Nottingham Place, Flat 3B. I would suggest people to consider the following: The letting agent Anna is great to work with, quick to communicate and easy to get hold of. This flat has outside access (great for privacy), but is still on the lower ground floor, so gets very little sun and delivery companies cannot find it, as it’s not listed along with all the flats in the building when you use the postal code for this address. The flat door, is 1 meter away from the rubbish room, and EXTEMELY noisy, even at 3am because people need to come down the stairs and right to your door to throw away their rubbish – it’s non-stop, constant, every day. The neighbours in the apartment above are very loud and come home drunk in the early morning hours which is troublesome. The acoustics in the building itself is not great, you can hear everything that people do, so there is lots of ongoing noise. The apartment itself is in great condition and centrally located to Marylebone High Street – everything you need is right there!

Hampstead Apartments and the propriety manager, Anna made our move to London from New York much more manageable. Their patience, flexibility and ease of communications made living in their newly renovated flat a real pleasure. The flat itself was nicely and considerately furnished for our transition. It has been a pleasure renting with Hampstead Apartments. The apartment was lovely and the area is really nice. There are lots of different little shops and restaurants and the fact that Hampstead/ Hampstead Heath is within walking distance is another huge plus. Also, you can easily travel across the city. The whole process of renting went very smoothly. The team is super attentive and will always get back to you within a couple of hours if you have any questions. I can highly recommend renting a property with Hampstead Apartments as I would always do it again.

One of the best reliable London agencies. Izabela did her best to find me an apartment that fits my budget, she is just amazing and trustworthy. The apartment was so stylish that it was a real pleasure to live in it, everything was functional and the area is so calm and chic at the same time. Food stores, bus and metro are very close to the apartment. I recommend this agency to 200%.

I stayed here in early 2018 for a couple of months in a studio apartment while waiting for a family move, and would have been happy to stay longer, if not permanently. The apartment is very convenient to both Baker Street and Marylebone stations, so basically everything/everywhere in London. The apartment was incredibly well designed and thoughtful--combo oven microwave, under counter fridge/freezer, rain shower, big windows to let in light, etc. The staff were very helpful and responsive to requests. Despite being in close proximity to the other apartments, the apartment was very quiet and other guests were pleasant and considerate. I'd highly recommend!
