I rarely write reviews, but I felt the urge to write one for AcuPro Clinic, in which I am incredibly grateful for how they helped me treat my condition. I visited the clinic in hope that they could help me with, what looked like, severe allergic reactions on my face. I’d been struggling with the flareups for 3 months and was on antihistamine to treat it. My regular doctor believed it to be angeodemia with hives, and said that there was not much to do about it. I’d read about acupuncture and how it could help treat hives. When I arrived at the clinic, I was met with understanding, such lovely energy, and they seemed confident that they could help, which was such a relief. I was given herbal medicine to treat the condition, and they examined me weekly. After 2 weeks of drinking the tea (which tasted very bitter, but honestly so worth the outcome), cutting out dairy, fish and spicy food, the hives was close to gone. After 6 weeks of drinking the herbs and sticking to the diet-advise that I was given, I felt so much better. The hives has now disappeared, I'm off the antihistamine and I’m only slightly swollen in the morning. I’m convinced that the herbs helped clear out whatever it is that I was dealing with, which I will be forever grateful for. I can highly recommend AcuPro Clinic!!!

I have visited AcuPro Clinic several times for deep tissue massages, and I have always had a wonderful and relaxing experience. The therapist was able to effectively address my neck and lower back pain, resulting in noticeable improvement after each session. The staff at the clinic are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The clinic itself is clean and pleasant. I highly recommend AcuPro Clinic for their excellent services.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to recommend AcuPro Clinic, especially the outstanding Ms. Li Chen and very helpful receptionist. Li Chen is not only very caring and friendly, she’s incredibly thorough and clearly a leading expert in Chinese medicine. I had two different conditions when I first walked into the clinic, both of which I’d sought treatment for through various doctors and specialists. Doctors didn’t know what to do with one condition, while expensive, painful treatments had failed to make any difference to the other. As both had been causing me problems for years, I was willing to try a different alternative. Li Chen prescribed me a course of herbal medicine, along with some occasional acupuncture and cupping, clearly explaining the underlying causes behind my two conditions from a Chinese medicine point of view. My mystery condition has now stopped altogether and the other has greatly reduced. This is all down to Li Chen’s persistence in uncovering the root causes of the problems and adjusting my mix of herbs accordingly. As for the acupuncture and cupping, this was carried out with great care and skill. The clinic is extremely clean and highly professional. Bookings are easy and communication excellent. The fact the clinic is supported by a leading organisation back in China means you know you’re getting the best treatment and advice. If you’re willing to keep an open mind and give the treatments time to work, the AcuPro Clinic is an excellent choice.

I came to AcuPro having previously undergone TCM treatment elsewhere a number of years ago. I had a list of problems: stress, anxiety, tension, bad PMS, hormonal issues, food and alcohol cravings and was unable to stop smoking cigarettes. After a through consultation, I decided to go for the long course in acupuncture and herbal medicine. From the first session, I began to feel better: my mood, anxiety and tension improved, my sleep patterns improved, my cravings for food and toxic substances reduced dramatically and my skin improved. Before coming for treatment here, I had previously had precancerous cells removed from my cervix, a procedure that left me with heavy cervical scarring to the point that follow up screenings were impossible. I was told that surgery and insertion of a hormonal coil were my only options for treatment. Upon mentioning this to Dr Li, she adjusted my acupuncture and herbal medicine, and when I went back to the hospital after around 8 weeks of treatment, not only were they able to carry out procedures that were impossible before, but they also informed me that the cervical scarring had all but disappeared. Now at the end of my treatment with Acupro, I can state in no uncertain terms that I am better in every way: I have lost weight, my stress and anxiety are astronomically better, my PMS has vastly improved and my hair has even stopped falling out. I am sleeping better, my appetite has been regulated, my concentration is much better and I am generally feeling the best I have felt in a long time. Dr Li and the team at Acupro are kind, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and dedicated to their job. Should I ever require more treatment, this is the only place I will come. I cannot recommend Dr Li and the Acupro team highly enough! Thank you so much for everything, and keep up the amazing work!

I have tried mesotherapy treatment and I am so satisfied with the result on my skin AcuPro is the best clinic I have been so far and I couldn’t recommend it more I am very happy with the service and the staff is so nice and welcoming. I have done a course of 6 electroacupuncture and I’m continuing with cupping too. I had a very bad lumbar back pain and the relief had been extremely quick and amazing. Dr Ting Wang is absolutwly amazing and the staff and incredibly kind and professional. Extremely reccomended.

Im suffering from neck and shoulders pain… I went to AcuPro Clinic, i took a coarse of 6 sessions of electric acupuncture and 6 sessions of cupping therapy… it worked as a miracle to me … the pain is much less and I feel relieved The staff are very welcoming and professional 👍🏼🌸

I have been coming to the clinic since the end of August after I have been experiencing scary side effects from an antibiotic. Throughout this period, Dr Li Chen was my anchor. I was very scared, worried, anxious, plus the neurological side effects that I was experiencing, and I was convinced that they would stay with me for the rest of my life. Dr Li Chen gained my trust as I saw that she was very knowledgeable, and it felt that I was consulting a trusted doctor weekly. Something that, unfortunately, my GP failed to do. Fast forward today, I did my last treatment yesterday, and now, free of any side effects, with a light heart and with the confirmation of my neurologist that i don't suffer from something serious. I feel like I gained my life back! This review is also for people who suffer from medication side effects. There is hope! One more thing, worth mentioning, is that simultaneously, she started treading my migraines + headaches along with a bladder issue that I had. The outcome is amazing, and I'm considering joining the clinic and Dr Li Chen again in the near future so I can wipe out the migraines that have been bothering me for 15 years. Thank you so much. I visited this Clinic today having a sciatic nerve pain that affected my right hip, leg and bottom back. Dr. Li Chen was so clear and explained the treatment very well. I got an electro Acupuncture, put near my body (affected area) a red lamp (hot) and the last step she put some "empty jars" to suck your area affected (muscle mass) for the last 10'. Extremely effective, I felt very relief after my first session. Highly recommended.

AMAZING experience!!! I came to this place with a severe musculoskeletal pain. After the first session my pain decreased significantly! I did electro-acupuncture and it was magic. Ended up coming back three days in a row to elevate my recovery and it helped like nothing else before! The place is clean. Ladies that work there are extremely professional and knowledgeable! The doctors at AcuPro clinic are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in their approach. They get to know you and your symptoms. This place is absolutely wonderful! I was visiting London from San Francisco (where I get tons of top notch acupuncture) - Dr Wang helped fix some chronic muskuloskeletal tightness and insomnia issues I’ve had for months. The practitioners are effective and really care, it’s easy to book an appointment online, the premises are clean and soothing, and the prices are very affordable (90 pounds for first evaluation, 70 for follow on visit). I wish this practice existed in SF!

We were on a cruise and got sick🤢, friend found this place near our hotel so my friend scheduled a visit lucky for me they were able to fit me in(thank the lord) we received acupuncture and cupping to release my cold symptoms along with some remedies to drink as hot tea…. We are feeling SO MUCH BETTER just in time for our flight home! If you aren’t feeling well go to website and schedule a visit … you won’t be disappointed !!

A amazing clinic!!! I had lower spine surgery L4/L5 a few years ago and have suffered pain including sciatica and numbness ever since. I have been in some degree of pain everyday until I began the electro acupuncture and cupping sessions at this clinic. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and professional.I did not expect such great results just after 3 sessions, I am now mostly pain free and working on strengthening my back. Thank you!

It’s rare to find as thorough and caring service as this - they will treat you as a whole person!! I had sciatica for five years and finally have found some relief! It is still being managed, but the progress is beginning to show from committing to regular acupuncture treatment. My mental health, digestive and circulation needs are also being looked after and are also improving. Highly recommend!

Amazing acupuncture clinic that truly works! I first attended in August 2021 as I had an over - active thyroid ( hyperthyroidism) I was having difficulties with the NHS so decided to take matters into my own hands after some research I came across this clinic. The Drs were amazing from the start right till the end. I had combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs. After 3 months low and behold my levels were back to normal and have remained so ever since. I cannot thank you guys enough! Please if your looking for a great acupuncture clinic give them a try!

I came across this clinic here one day when I was depressed for my acne and Pcos treatment. I’ve used a health coach but didn’t work. After three months of being Dr Cindy’s patient with acupuncture and drinking herbal medicine regularly, not only my acne has been reduced drastically (now I’m under facial acupuncture for my acne scars) and my period has came back with a narrower window from what used to be like 3 months period. Iv suffered from IBS for years and having recently had a flare up I wanted to get a massage to help me relax. When I went into the clinic I mentioned this to the doctor on arrival and they discussed ways they could help including trying acupuncture. Iv never thought of doing this before and am utterly amazed at the difference it has made this evening. During the treatment it felt like my bowl was fizzing and then the bloating and cramping just melted away! Incredible experience. I then had a massage which was perfect, the masseuse was very experienced and firm! I would recommend this place to anyone and would def go back.

I have been coming on a weekly basis for the past few weeks now, and I can honestly say that I saw improvements from the very first appointment. I started coming due eczema post COVID, which was really getting me down. Even after the first session I could already stop the use of topical steroid creams and allergy pills. Everyone is always very polite and extremely patient. Incredibly knowledgeable and I am always kept very informed of everything. Could not recommend enough, thank you!

Very nice, friendly and professional staff, also great atmosphere. However, I would say to first visit a physiotherapist and then maybe go for clinic's services if recommended - unfortunately, the treatment made things worse - I understand that sometimes one session may not be enough, however, it should bring at least some relief. In my case, I spend 135 for treatment that did not help me at all, but quite opposite, I am left with plasters/patches I was recommended to purchase that do not do anything, I also have not find out the source of the problem and still need to visit and spend on a physiotherapist who can help in a long run. I recommend, but make sure it is what you need.

DR Li is amazing and an expert in her field. She is so insightful and offered such a thorough consultation, explaining everything in detail before offering me a treatment. The acupuncture is brilliant. I am feeling calmer, less and anxious and stressed and hopefully on the road to recovery. I have been very open to learning more about Chinese medicine and I would highly recommend AcuPro Clinic. The staff are highly professional and caring and I feel well looked after. Highly recommended AcuPro to treat PCOS and regulate menstrual cycle! I booked the 7 course acupuncture, moxa and herbal tea treatment to regulate my cycle after not having a period for about 6 months. After just 2 or 3 weeks, I got my period! It also didn’t last for weeks like it used to when I did get it, just 4 days or so. Two weeks after getting my period, I fell pregnant, completed my last couple of sessions and am now 29 weeks pregnant. I also ate very well and in a way to not spike sugar levels, and I think the combination of the two led to such surprisingly quick success. The ladies at the clinic are wonderful, I miss our weekly visits, but I’m very thankful to them for always listening attentively, providing me with such good care, and being so invested in my health.

I am really pleased with AcuPro and the staff there. I was treated for knee and back issues due to prolonged work in front of a computer and DR Li Chen took great care of me. As someone who works in front of a laptop, I have horrible posture that gave me chronic back and knee pain. I was quite hesitant to try anything new, but DR Chen made sure to walk me through the process and how everything would work. After three sessions, my back and knee pain is significantly lower and I am really happy with what they did for me.

I recently tried acupuncture at this clinic. I've always suffered from headaches and the situation had become unbearable. After just a few sessions, the frequency and intensity of the attacks have significantly decreased. I would highly recommend this treatment!

Amazing service and also very affordable! My partner had a shoulder pain and after only one session he felt much better There is no pressure to book another appointment if you dont want to. I have eczema over 10 years, it’s always itchy and fleaky, spreading around my face,arms and legs.Even though I am really careful about my diet, it keeps recurrent. I feel so hopeless, then I find Acupro clinic which really makes difference. I keep trying acupuncture and herb for six months now, 60% of my skin is recovered, the itching is not a problem at all. I have to give a big thanks to Acupro clinic.

I had severe headache for 5 years, and have tried many different methods. Acupuncture is a feasible way to help to relieve the pain. I moved to the London recently and was suggested by my friend with this clinic. It’s an amazing place, with professional staff and nice, tidy place. My migraine is not a problem now.
