Alex Coffee is a very special place. It's more than just a coffee shop, although it does have spectacular coffee sourced locally. It's a cozy shop with a warm and friendly owner and environment. I drink a lot of coffee and Alex Coffee stands out among the rest.

Coming to Alex’s place is almost one of the best kinds of coffee experience one can have, because of the own/barista, Alex. This mini cafe is very small, simple and clean interior, which forms a very intimate touch of hospitality. Sitting here almost feels like sitting in someone’s kitchen while the host, in this case the barista, is very personable and enthusiastic to coffee. Not only using its own roast beans to brew various coffee offerings, but also providing a special mix of vegan milk with oat and brown rice, I think Alex has made an extra mile, which stands out from the crowd of third wave coffee shops in London. It is definitely worth to pay some extra efforts to find this well-hidden gem just off Oxford Street, not that many people actually know how nice this block is. I really hope the day it opens in weekends could come sooner.

Alex coffee was a really nice place and the coffee was amazing. Alex himself is very friendly and made a really good vegan cappuccino for me. I accidentally stumbled upon this place but I'm so happy I did, the atmosphere was really nice and relaxing the place was very cute and clean. if I lived here I would definitely make this my everyday coffee shop.

While in the UK I have been to cafes all around the country, from Scotland to England, I came to Alex in the end of my trip and was surprised & sad that I didn’t know about this great cafe earlier. With full confidence I can say that Alex is the best..and one day soon will come back

Super high quality coffee. Alex cares a lot about the quality of the coffee and the shop and it shows. It's a small shop so there is limited seating but if it's a nice day, it's a lovely corner to enjoy your coffee outside.

This place is a sweet little gem nobody can resist! Possibly the best flat white in London. The knowledgeable and welcoming Alex is a bonus!

Oat latte tasted more sour than I expected. Not my favourite unfortunately. Coffees are quite expensive. The coffee shop is quite small but very clean and tidy.

If you are only able to have one cup of coffee in London, do yourself a favor and come here! One of the best espressos and coffees I’ve ever had. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and his passion comes through in every aspect of his work. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This was a great find in my opinion, the coffee in general in London is average compared to Australia. The owner here truly understands the art of coffee roasting and being a barista. He was extremely knowledgeable of coffee beans and the different tasting notes with the ability to suggest different beans based on coffee preference. Will definitely go back for another great cup of coffee.

The coffee is delicious and the service is great. Alex has really made a big effort in finding the right balance in the coffee he sells and it shows. I really enjoyed being able to purchase some grains in the store so I could make myself some coffee at home.

One of the best coffee shops we have tried in London! We love everything there from the shop appearance, ambiance, hospitality to last but not least the Coffee! Alex (the owner) was so welcoming and friendly. We had a nice chat over the coffee culture and history. I decided to buy his special coffee bean for espresso and it was sooooo good! I love the aroma and the aftertaste of the espresso just lingering in your mouth. Thank you Alex for your heart and passion in making/roasting your own coffee. Will definitely come back when we visit London next time! Highly recommended!

This was good coffee, not at all oily and not too watery. Excellent quality, but the flavor was not quite my thing. The shop is very small and the staff very really nice and showed interest in me. My mate noted that the coffee was not served as hot as he prefers, and that he missed that first "really hot" sip.

We were thinking about getting a coffee as we happened to walk past Alex's place. He saw us looking in from outside and waved cheerfully. We decided that was a good sign, and it was! Alex was great and very knowledgable on both coffee and teas, with a speciality in Greek classics. We ordered Freddo Cappuccino, Chamomile tea, and a traditional greek tea, Sideritis. All were expertly made and high quality. Cannot recommend this little gem enough to any coffee or tea drinker.

Brilliant coffee. From a quick glance - this place serves only coffee on the menu. Nothing else. Therefore, you walk in the 2x2 spot expecting that the coffee has to be at a Jedi knight level otherwise the brief menu wouldn’t make sense - right ?… and boy this doesn’t fall short from expectations. Go in and enjoy !

What a wonderful little coffee shop. Alex is great to talk to and it’s no surprise that he’s built up a community of regulars who hang around to chat and soak up the atmosphere. The coffee itself is fantastic and sustainability is at the core of this wonderful little gem of a place. Worth going out of your way just to check this place out.

You know that feeling when you see 5.0 Stars in Google and you think something must be wrong here? Well, that’s clearly not the case with Alex Coffee, since I found everything perfect. When I say everything I mean Coffee and Alex himself. They are both great!

Don't wanna poop the party Alex, and know my 4* won't spoil the average...which is only fair as I couldn't try your coffee. If you sell nothing but coffee, no worries...but then please have at least a second non dairy option apart from oat. Some of us delicate little butterflies don't have fun after gettin our oat on.

Excellent espresso and coffee base. Alex is very thorough in his bean selection and roasting requirements. He is focused on providing excellent espresso, whether straight or mixed in a Flat White or Cappuccinos. Highly recommended for everyone.
