The absolute worst agents I have ever dealt with and I have experienced quite a few through my years in London. They are Impolite, aggressive and unprofessional. My sincere advice would be to avoid them with all your might. There are loads of excellent, well- deserving, helpful and knowledgeable estate agents in London. Such agents shouldn't as the Parks Property Services should not be allowed to operate. They are meant to help people find homes, these people definitely do not know how. A genuinely disappointed potential customer.

As a landlord we have been using Parks Properties for the last 9 years. i can honestly say we have never had any problems with any tenants that they have sourced and recommended to us. Their payments are always prompt and on time. Any minor issues are always resolved quickly and efficiently. If you want stress free renting of your properties I would highly recommend their services. I first ignored the bad reviews this Estate Agency have, because I thought it couldn't be that bad... I was so wrong! Don't make my same mistake and go seek actual professionals for your peace of mind! They might seem ok in the beginning, but you'll eventually find yourself in a pool of problems.

I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I'm happy to take the time to do it, because finding great estate agents in London is such an incredibly difficult thing to do. They are always friendly and responsive and consistently go above and beyond to resolve every question and ensure that living in properties they represent is a pleasure. I would happily recommend them to everyone.

I rented with Parks in North London for just over a year. They had a great level of communication with me and handled my deposit securely and fairly with the DPS. The office were always really helpful, staff super friendly and fast on emails, and they also negotiated any rent increases with the landlord on my behalf too. They can be a little slow to conduct non-emergency maintenance issues, but their handyman is really great and makes sure to get the job done. Overall I really recommend renting with them!

Currently renting with them and they won’t reply to any of our emails regarding damages and bills.

RUN AWAY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! What an absolute disgrace to letting agencies — they tried to keep my entire security deposit on fake charges and were thankfully found out and castigated by a third party dispute service. LEAVE NOW! DON’T LOOK BACK! Would leave negative stars if I could.

Does not see any issues working with landlords that make completely false claims to try and steal tenants’ deposits. A third party dispute agency was needed to protect us from this company.

I rented with Parks Properties for 3 years. They were always very co-operative, especially when we were working with Akis.

My experience with Parks has always been positive, super responsive, understanding and friendly. They have been great to deal with, from signing the contract, to being flexible with start dates and maintenance and improvement requests.

After 6 months as a tenant, I can confirm that they only care of filling the property with people without regard for the type of people. There's humidity in the entire flat and despite tenants asking for help nothing is done. Also the 3x per month of electricity or gas failure for sometimes full days. Lascots Road property It was the worst experience I had and I don't recommend it.

I started renting with Parks and Properties in october 2021. Akis has been so helpful and managed to help me find a room after trying through other means for 3 months. He has been very informative and helpful, replying to enquiries quickly. When I needed something fixed they send someone over quickly to fix it. The deposit has also been securely kept and transparent. I had to do a changeover and the process went smoothly. Thank you for a good service Akis and the rest of the team!
