Friendly, helpful optician who will go the extra mile to deliver great service. Also competitively priced with a good range of frames. Would recommend a trip to see them even if you have spotted frames online for a cheap price as Samir may be able to order the same frames and price match with the bonus of having an in person service. Called to book an eye exam and was booked in for a slot within an hour, on a Saturday. Amazing, friendly service. Was even informed by the guys in there about claiming the service back with my employer which is by law, which I did. Can't recommend enough!

I can see clearly now 🙌 Puns out of the way, I had a great experience here. The shop owner, Saba, is full of all the right beans and super friendly. As are her colleagues. Hussain (son of Saba) didn’t fall far from the tree, very friendly and helpful fella. Was great with my dog too! Who was a bit grumpy on the day. And finding that right person to stare into your eyes can be a challenge, but you can’t beat Aamena. Also very charming and clearly knew her optical stuff 👍 If you’re in the market for an affordable and friendly opticians… look 👀 no further ☝️🤓 I’ll show myself out…

I had a great experience at this place. I was very concerned with my eyes, very becoming irritated. As I had serious problem in my cornea before, I was very concerned about having it again. The staff and the optician were both lovely and massively competent. The optician has identified the issue in my eyes and after following the prescribed treatment, my eyes are normal again. I can not express how much happy I am with the optician and the staff. I highly recommend the place.

Just wanted to say that this is hands down the best optician I have been to! Like many others, we tend to go to Specsavers as that's the most famous. However, being a customer of Specsavers for several years and going to other places, this place beats them all!!! The customer service and the care given to me was unmatched. Even though it was my first time going there, I felt that I have been going there for years. I felt at home and I felt important from the moment I stepped in. During my appointment, I was clearly explained how my eyes were etc. And lastly, this place has so many designs and styles to choose from. I would definitely recommend everyone to give this place a go for your eye needs!!!

The staff at the opticians are very friendly and helpful. The eye test was quick and straight forward. I also purchased a pair of glasses during my visit which look great and were ready for collection promptly. All in all a great opticians with great staff.

I’ve recently went to this opticians to get an eye test and also to get glasses from. I just wanted to say that it was the most welcoming place anyone could ask for, good customer service and the quality of the frames are high standard. Would definitely visit again!

Brilliant local optometrist with a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble and helped to get glasses delivered before a big trip. Cannot day enough kind words for the help Sam and the team went too and fitted both our kids glasses as well. Great little village area on Bethnal Green and local business. Had great service at Eyes London. Staff went out of their way to give me great value …and were willing to use frames that I really liked. Complicated varifocal lenses were spot on! It also happened quicker than expected! I will be a return customer!

Really helpful, friendly and personalised service. The quality of my glasses are excellent and have been provided at a very reasonable cost in comparison to the big chain opticians . My optician also very kindly delivered the glasses to my house whistle passing through for a home visit. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you .

Great service and great prices. I wanted an eye test, prescriptive glasses and prescriptive sunglass lenses and got all of them for a great price, particularly the sunglass lenses. I called every opticians in the area and they were at least 20% more and would have taken longer.

Just found out after a trip to the GP recently that no letter was sent to the GP practice informing of them of need for a cataract operation after my 74 year old mum's eye test here in August from this opticians. Hopefully this will be rectified soon as possible.
