    1/19 @4pm DANIEL IN SECTION 19 was a great customer service rep, professional and he knew every single item down to a T. He needs a raise and promotion. Update: met the manager Ryan, also same. My favorite homedepot store!!! Ryan needs a raise or a promotion.

    I’ve got over 20 minutes waiting to cut this piece of lumber and the guy is checking a list walking around Name (Chris) big guy with tattoos. Not nice man. It only takes 2 mins to cut it. And I still waiting!!

    Busy! Clean and plenty of overstock on shelves. Their checkouts would be my only complaint. I think they had 1 open and then self checkouts. Not everyone always wants to ring out and bag their own goods. Hire more employees. So getting out of here takes some extra time but they will have everything for your home or garden needs that you’re after.

    If you buy something just expect incompetent help if something goes wrong. No one will help you or even attempt to help you even if it’s their job. Never buy anything here because I assure you that there are far better appliance stores with better customer support that actually care for their consumer’s needs.

    I needed to buy replacement vertical blinds and have them cut to size. I asked an associate 3 times for assistance. No one came after the intercom pages that a customer needed help in window treatments. I waited over 20 minutes. I tried to talk to a manager but none was available. I was so frustrated and walked out. This is extremely upsetting and very poor management. Now, I didn't get what I came there for and will take by business elsewhere.

    1 star is being generous, they don’t deserve anything. They don’t help you when you order anything and they don’t even want to listen to you. The store management is definitely in shambles but Home Depot as a company is not any better since they will not help you if something goes wrong with your deliveries.

    No problem with the store, but the single lane policy nonsense at registers must stop. Made no sense durring covid, and makes no sense now. It's just daily mass confusion with staff as well as customers...

    I love Home Depot with all my heart. They even have a mini measuring tape. It measures five feet and it's so cute. I'm clearly passionate about Home Depot 🧔‍♂️

    Good customer service. I went there to buy stuff for my house. I received a warm welcome since I stepped up at the entrance, and when I got inside, everybody was eager to help me out.I truly recommend this particular Home depot to everyone reading this, hopefully they can keep that energy, great customer service.

    I went here to buy a lawn mower, and had no idea what kind to get, between gas, electric, self propelled, or not self propelled. Staff member Christian came and helped me choose the best one to fit my needs instead of showing me the most expensive ones, and he also helped carry it to the checkout and to my car as well. The store in general is huge and busy and for all the times I've been there I never left without my desired item. Great store and service

    Love home depot in general but the stock on hand never matches what it says on line then the trip to the store usuly is met by a long wait for an employee to unlock the fort Knox cage the tool you wanted almost always added with huffing,puffing & sarcasm cause he actually had to work oh then let's not forget he has to escort your soon to be tool purchase to a register so don't expect a normal tool or actually anything purchase experience!!

    This Home Depot is awful. I used to work here in 2018 and had several things stolen from me(food from the fridge). A lot of employees who work there would also vouch that the fridge is a free for all. They did nothing about it. People get their personal property from phone chargers and headphones stollen frequently and managers are nonchalant about it and tell you “tough luck”. The managers and supervisors I had were also quite awful, harassing, and unethical. About a year after I quit, I lost my Apple Watch here and the staff held it for days and claimed they didn’t have it, and were reluctant to search for it. I called multiple times for days, until I traced it to that store and they refused to tell me who had it. Later that year I came here to buy a plant pot, as I was walking to the customer service line, security came to me and accused me of stealing. I demanded to speak to a manager and have the cops called. The cops came and I left with no incident or charges. They had me sign a form I couldn’t focus on reading because I was so livid. Imagine working and shopping at a place that stole so much from you, then that same place had the audacity to baselessly accuse you of stealing. These people( managers and staff) are disgusting one of the worst and traumatizing places I’ve ever shopped and worked at.Don’t recommend working or shopping here. If you do work here, watch your property because it will be stolen and management will do nothing about it.
