Wonderful staff and a very positive energy and friendly staff on board even though I kinda went near closing hours. I’m glad there’s a Popeyes near me now.

The food is always good here. I had the 5 piece chicken combo. I had it to go. The chicken was still crispy even after the 20 minute drive that I had. French fries were really good crunchy on the outside and soft in the center.

Everything is good rating the food comes fast and it’s good only bad thing is that the sprite tastes like it’s expired

I’m sorry I know it was dinner rush on a Saturday but this location did not seem ready for the service. Also in our 8 piece meal our “legs” looked like pencils with breading on them. Really each piece was more breading than chicken. Very disappointing experience. Won’t visit again, especially because for the price which was absurdly high, $44 for 8 pieces and side and 2 other sides. Ridiculous.

Giselle was very helpful when I was wrong and she was very helpful and she fixed the order so now I will be returning to Popeye's Chicken in Central Islip location due to her fixing the issue and being a great customer service thank you so much I appreciate you all

Workers were so nice and food was good. The manager was so sweet and helpful.

Absolutely horrible experience, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I dealt with the manager at the restaurant. I went in and told her my order. Not once did she ask what type of chicken I wanted, spicy or mild... or even the type of pieces. I then went to order my sides with the meal, and she then tried to charge me extra. I told her never mind then and canceled the side and got two of the same. She then gave me an attitude because I didn't want to pay an extra fee. Finally, the order number was called, and I asked for sauce for the chicken she then wanted to charge me for that too. And insisted you only get sauce when you buy tenders. I told her I have been eating at popeyes at multiple locations and have never once been told I needed to order tenders to receive sauce. Complete scam here and absolutely absurd. I then called corporate to have them aware of the situation here. Never again will I be back to this location.

Ordered from uber eats, from this location. 4 chicken sandwiches were missing from the order, I bought the family sandwich combo, and didn't recieve the sandwiches. I didn't get approximately $22 worth of food, and I'm very upset. Will not order from this location again.

The service is terrible 😔, the workers always give wrong pieces of chicken, no how was requested, they are 🤢 nasty. I don't recommend going or needing to verify what they put in the meal box.

The chicken was good but the biscuits were off. I even went back again to see if maybe it was just that day but the biscuits still didn't taste right.

Got food poisoning after eating the chicken here. Place was super understaffed and it took forever to order and get food. Chicken was likely left at room temp for too long.

Went here because it was close to the courthouse. Not as good as the Shirley location. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and there was no chicken! It was mostly crunchy fried batter. Totally disappointed 😞

Butchered my order.... asked for spicy, got regular, fries were cold... gave me 2 sauces for 12 pcs of chicken. Gave us an extra side of rice and beans bc i guess bc they didn't have spicy and it was inedible. Called the store to let them know, they didn't seem to care in the least. DO NOT EAT HERE

Spicy blackened sandwich was so good, good amount of sauce and flavor, ordered a apple pie too and it tasted amazing as well, a lot of cinnamon 🔥

I really like Popeye's. I'm glad I acquired my taste at a different location. This location in Central Islip is close to my home so I pick up from there but they never get the order completely right. This time I ordered the ghost pepper wings with Ranch dipping sauce; came without the ranch. Also ordered the regular chicken sandwich but wound up with spicy. It's always something here. I wish they would get their act together.

it's an alright place. no clue why they charge for sauce of all things. it doesn't come out of their paycheck, but corporations will be corporations.

This restaurant deserves 0 stars, because every time I order spicy chicken they don’t give it to me is been 4 times already that they always do this to us. Today I went and it wasn’t even busy and they did the same thing again
