So service here sucks. Sales persons make look like they are digging a grave with a needle when they’re helping you (in both men’s and women’s stores). Another disappointing parameter is the merchandise that you are exposed to is not an actual JCrew. Well, it is JCrew but it’s an a cheaper version of it which you won’t find on the website, even if it’s from last year. It’s JCrew Mercantile which is cheaper equivalent of an actual brand and they deceive people saying that’s it’s JCrew.

Great quality. You can have any item for years and years and still in a great condition

I wasn't impressed by the quality of merchandise exposed. It was a much cheaper version with visible defects and the prices were still the same as in a regular JCREW store which is not fair to their customers, knowing that most of it was from last fall fashion.

Employees have a terrible attitude problem, especially the girls behind the register, god forbid you ask for a different size. Not recommended at all!
