Horrible. Dirty, musty smelling, no shampoo, conditioners or body wash as every other hotel I've ever stayed in provides you. Would of never picked this hotel but had been driving 24 hrs without sleep and it was close by where we had to drop off a friend. Should of googled it 1st. If we had we'd of never stayed here. Has reviews of bedbugs and other dirty nasty things people found in the rooms, ours was only car that showed up in parking lot we found out later. Bad bad reviews. No one gave it more than 1 star. They said they shouldn't even have given it that.

Best Motel on Montauk Highway of Lindenhurst. Friendly staff and humble Manager. Rooms are nice and clean. Tourist will definitely have a great time here and want to ask anything about nearby attraction or address to beach, manager makes hand drawn map and depicts exact location. And yes it's doesn't have any bed bugs. Safety and security is not a concern as the property is entirely monitored with CCTV.

Very depressing experience. Cigarette holes in sheets (in a non smoking room), large stains on pillows very powerful musk smell were just some of the negatives. I could have overlooked some of these things due to the low price. But then we met the manager. What a rude and nasty person. All we did was ask for towels and to be let in our room. Awful.. I loved my stay in Lindenhurst but never again in this hotel.

Clean rooms but the remote is limited couldn't stream my phone because no ok button to select accept on the TV and won't change inputs to use my ps4 my phone service is blocked while in the room and WiFi is spotty if I had power in my house right now I would not be here but I guess until powers back on in the next 2 to 5 days this has to do

My boyfriend woke up in hives! The room was so dirty that he broke out from sleeping on the sheets he had to go to the hospital for them to tell us that he had allergic reaction to something in the room staff did nothing to help!

I would give it a -10. Staff is rude. Guy was walking pass my took all night...cameras in front of the room. And whenever I came out side he was there total creep...non smoking rooms are nice but I was very uncomfortable all night. I will never come back here

I stayed in room 105,it was nice and clean,really nice bathroom, really clean, I agree No Coffee!! Nice mini fridge and microwave!!😁,accept for the 1 bug crawling up the wall, all else was clean.

Out of the three motels within a mile of each other on this strip of Montauk Highway, this is easily the best choice (The other two named South Bay Motel and Lindenhurst Motel). Rooms are small, but clean. The bathrooms are classier than expected. Wi-Fi can be spotty... It seems some rooms get a good signal and some get none at all. Doesn't seem to be too much Shenanigans in the parking lot. No vending machines for on-site food and drinks. However plenty of choices within walking distance. No cable boxes, so you only get about 30 channels, including one adult Channel which is free and always available.

I'm going to recommend this place if you're looking for a hotel/motel clean and comfortable here is all that you need. Things bad? In internet and when you've paid they say that they're gonna give to you breakfast, but they don't do that. However, the thing is we're just looking for a place where we can to sleep comfortably or to stay for few days without a lot of rules.

Location is good but parking lot entrance should come from side street...

I seen baby roaches crawling around in the bathroom. I had to leave immediately.

I saw some witch lady that was naked watching me bathe. Also there was a hamster with a princess crown on, it was cute but shouldn’t be in a motel environment.

We stayed there a couple of years ago and we found bugs too.We were not offered our money back although we made a scene but was offered another room, which we had no option but to take up as all the other motels nearby were fully booked apart from the Marina(we can understand why now).The bedding was stained and the pillows stank of sweat and the mattress smelt bad and stale period.The owners of the motel also smelt of strong stale curry combined with body odour. The manager was wearing the same striped tee shirt for several days in our presence which we had witnessed and commented about to one another.Their English language we found to be very poor and broken and seemed like they were direct from an Asian country. We struggled to communicate with them both and they came across very angry! A skinny house maid was sent to show us to our room who also never spoke any English but was a mellow old lady who smiled and gave us a roll of sellotape provided by the couples wife in case we were to come across more strangers in our bed.As a family we visited the local drug store for some bite tablets but the discomfort was horrendous and ruined our holiday our stay and our savings! The small fridge was very filthy and had put us off from storing our drinks in there for a cold drink, their ice cold drinks machine was also out of order and we were told to purchase drinks from the office from a cool box which was resting on the floor, again very dirty. The washroom had blonde hair on the floor which were sticking to our feet, however, when we lodged our complaint we were told by the manager that it seemed like it was our hair as we were blonde! We are a well travelled family who socially have no issues whatsoever with any nationalities , however we found them to be very angry, rude,loud, dirty and unhygienic, especially the manager who we witnessed having a violent temper and shouting down the phone! The place is infested with bugs! its gross. August 2013 was a night mare and a holiday from hell! I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE LAWYERS THERE AND THEN! Must read before booking your stay, i guess that the slums and dumpsters may have been a wiser option!
