They do not think about the safety of customers food with delivery services. I had my bag tampered with and my chips were stolen that little flimsy not even sticky tape they put on bags is so easy to rip off, mine wasn’t even stuck to the bag it was ripped open. The bread looked like someone ripped pieces off my steak sandwich had probably a slice of meat in it not ever completely a sandwich. My dasher must’ve been hungry or the store just throws old ripped up bread in their delivery order bags.

Kinda run down inside. Wobbley tables, sticky floor in some spots. Clean bathrooms. Food was good. Think it needs some work inside.

Loved the soups. Great sandwiches and excellent selection for sandwiches. The booths could use a little bit of rejuvenating.

Always good. The only thing this time was the person did not put my order correctly but that happens sometimes, over all always a good experience. I love the wall on the pic.

Standard Panera in terms of food. I don’t like this as a work space because there is only a small area that gets outside light/by windows and that small area is near the entry and ordering station so it’s a bit noisier. I also didn’t see any outlets near those seats. Booth tables are also a bit awkwardly high for sitting at to type.

How dare they charge as much as they do for what they give you. $60 for enough food to feed my 6 year old. Never again. Sandwich is just a ton of bread. How they’re still in business is beyond me.

Found a bug in my salad! I was halfway through the salad when I found it! Contacted the company via email. They never responded back……

There was some sort of wax paper or plastic in my soup. $37 for two you pick 2’s is more expensive than if I went to the diner. What a waste. Now I remember why I don’t eat at chains like this one.

I come to this location cause it close to home. Food is great. But I’m gonna stop coming to this location because there are rude cashiers and the ppl who make the food. I asked them kindly I did not want mustard in my sandwich because I’m allergic the lady got the audacity to tell me or let me see if they already made it and if they did Oh well. She said. Thank you but I don’t need to come here if they are going to be rude and not give me my meal the way I asked for it.

Always have a hard time with the cashier there, she never gives receipts, always forgets to give drinks or anything from the bakery, and has mixed up my order multiple times. Last time I go to this location

I ordered chicken tikka masala soup on a bread bowl. It came out nothing like the standard chicken tikka masala that I expected. This one has a weird soup base, almost like a goulash, with lots of lentils. I didn't see or taste any chicken. There were a small amount minced meat that resembles beef in taste. The bread bowl is also quite stale...

Amazing customer service! You don’t come around this often. Totally my mistake but appreciate the service and the kind gesture from this employee.
