Place was organized very well. Good ambience. The location is excellent. We were forced to buy something or the other which was very awkward. I don't think that should be a case for any customer anyday. Food was the worst. Only reason for a 1 star!

Such a lovely place and the way they maintain quality is really awesome. Ordered Garlic bread and sizzling brownie…. It was more than perfect

I wish I could have given 0* for this store. When I have been here there is only one person at service desk who is taking care of taking orders making orders and table service. It is a clear sign that they are short on staff. Just to take an order of 5 cappuccino 4 samosa and an ice cream he took an hour out of which he missed to charge for 3 samosas so I had to stand at the counter and wait for him to charger and me handover me samosas. The person standing behind the counter has no sense no customer service ethics at all no Hai no hello which I believe to be very rude. I don’t suggest this store and will never come back. Thanks

17012024 The place changed for the better this time around only problem is the staff not knowing local language or English managed though. The coffee was ok but there was no ac so sat out side. Been frequenting this place since about while back and it's always a yoyo sometimes good sometimes really bad. Of late the quality of this place has gone down drastically it's not fully stocked most odd the regular items are not available. The place is maintained clean and neat though and the restrooms also clean. Nice parking and good air conditioning

Ye kab khula rehta hai! Whenever I visit Hyderabad, I pay a visit here for refreshments but it's never opened. Sometimes, they don't have power or coffee or milk or staff or machine not working. This is everytime.

Full marks to the ambience of this ccd . 0 marks for the cleanliness. I have visited this place recently as expected most of the food items were not available..due to corona. Anyways..one guy was managing the store and he was doing a better job though he took a lot of time to prepare food but that is understandable. No lights in the bathroom..and ac was not working. Overall..average experience.

It's a decent place and the staff is great and friendly. They were accommodative in terms of our requests for a kid friendly frappe. Their coffee and mocha is tasty. The only disappointment was the takeaway of the smoked chicken sandwich. This is one of my favourites and is my usual order at CCD. But not sure what happened to their quality now. The sandwich just had chicken and onions that tasted terrible. I couldn't even finish it. They need to look into their quality once again.

Went for a quick evening ride for a coffee. Service was fast, ample parking and good coffee!

Very nice place for coffee and sandwich... Ambience is good and maintained clean. Peaceful atmosphere. All the snacks items in the menu are not available.. only few are available. But whatever is served is excellent 👍😃

Nearest CCD When approaching hyderabad . service is slow but overall a good option on the highway.

Had the smoked chicken sub but the Bread was stale. The Americano though, was on point!

Freaking disgusting place!! A ccd where they give water from tap 😡😡😡 I understand they might be running out of stock for bottled water but these guys fill water in used bottles. They dont even have bloody glasses to serve.
