Exceeded expectations! The hotel's location was ideal, close to shopping and dining options. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and satisfied.

A bit expensive but definetly comfortable clean and warm..

For 5 stars hotel rates management should control service better!!! There must be hygiene products such as a toothbrush and toothpaste! As well as a hat for protecting hair while taking a shower! Very pleased with the warm atmosphere in the hotel room !!! For staff in the restaurant I can give 5 stars!!! Very professional and attentive! To any little things!

Amazing Hotel and Hospitality. The room was clean, view of Isparta amazing, roses and roses everywhere in the rose city. I specially enjoyed the food which was always great, and the room service was amazing. I also bought so many roses products from the Eglantine. Thank you.

A nice luxury clean hotel best choice in town for short or long stay, The receptionist is helpful, the breakfast is very good parking hotel facilities swimming pool and spa available for free

First problem is they didn't speack english at all. Still we have not solved problem with two bookings because of that. Pool is cold and better to have warm pool during this time of year. Restorant on 10th floor and dishes was fine. A lot of thanks for fast laundry service. It was great and well priced.

This hotel is great: staff are the best, rooms are big even single ones, service is fantastic and prompt, excellent value for money. I really liked that even though there may have been music and entertainment going on once you are in your room you don't hear anything. Aircon is perfect. Breakfast selection buffet is big. Thanks to all staff for making this a great place to stay. They were so helpful. You are so close to the bus station and many other shops and restaurants etc.

It was the worst. The staff didn't respond and didn't say anything even though pool caps were paid for. The food was the worst and the parking was so bad. It's a so bad place to spend money. Worst. never come again.

Room's design and decoration were not so new. Out of that, restaurant and service were nice.

The hotel is big, the room is spacious, the food not to bad, the location very strategic it near a shopping mall, cafe and restaurant
