We entered the hotel, the welcomed us nicely, i went to our room with my friend, the room was clean, and the view is fine, we ate breakfast it was good, the location of the hotel was perfect, it’s in the center of the city, we are so thankful to muhammed bey we met there.

There was no hot water in the room , we asked and the answer was “our hotel is full” at night we insist to get another room, it turns out there are empty room , and the fan and light switch was broken , there were told in the morning and till the evening when we get back it wasn’t fixed , and the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay

Location is great for seeing the main city mall , parks, shops Rooms are clean and have all conditions for comfortable staying You can ask all you need at the front desk and find the excellent service here I recommend you to stay at this hotel for short or long term visit 🙂🙂

We stayed as a family of 5 for 2 days. The rooms are clean and the people were very friendly and are very considerate. Especially the tall man was very kind and caring. Also the hotel is in the middle of the city. I thank the Hotel artan team whole heartedly.

We stayed 4 days in Artan Hotel and booked without breakfast. But we wanted to have a breakfast every morning, and we were ready to pay for it. But all the staff never asked anything about the payment, and never provide normal complete foods for us. What we ate everyday were only 1 egg, 1 bread, little sausage, little potatoes, 2 olives, and tea. Of course I asked to the lady, do you have more egg for me. Seriously, do I really have to ask about to boil 1 egg only, but she just ignored it?! I heard many guests complaint too about the worst variations of breakfast in this hotel. In the end of our stay, the resepsionist asked why we come everyday to the restaurant to have a breakfast and didn't tell them. They charged us 300lyr for 3 days breakfast fee. This is my first time to see hotel staff that didn't responsible and care about guest. Staff should give more attention and ask every single thing that guest need and want. They also never make up our room until last day we asked to them to do it. No drinks available in the room, and should always ask them to help with the water heater in the bathroom. Room was good, no one can speak english, location is perfect, no parking lot, so we should park 300m away.

Great place. I was here while I visiting Isparta for 2 days. The rooms was clean and workers were smiling. All is ok for 3 stars hotel.

I stayed here for one night while moving from Pamukkale to Antalya. I stayed here because I wanted to visit Sagalassos (for the ones interested, Sagalassos is an ancient Roman site closeby, worth the trip when you're there. 400 TL by taxi roundtrip Isparta-Sagalassos). The prices for the room and breakfast were more than reasonable, way cheaper than most other places. Also the staff was very polite and helpful. I will definetely go here again if I ever pass through Isparta. I recommend!
