What a gem. I’ve been proselytizing to everyone about this place since I first discovered it. I probably eat here two times per workweek. Their chirashi bowls are incredibly creative, exciting, and delicious. The beef bowl is great too. Such a welcome addition to Seattle’s already fantastic poke scene. The owners are lovely as well. Be sure to check out their equally-good sister restaurant, Pane Pane, just down the street. Keep it up, Kudedon. You’re killing it.

One of the best Chirashi bowls I have ever had. They serve all different kinds but I ordered their signature Kudedon and it was phenomenal. The restaurant is essentially take out only however there are a few seats (6) in the professional building you can use to enjoy your meal. Although all the pieces of fish and seafood are fresh and delicious, the rice is also flavorful and amazing. It's seasoned so perfectly with just enough vinegar, furikake, pickled cucumbers, and probably so much more. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and cannot wait to return. You're getting an amazing deal for a beautiful and delicious Chirashi bowl!

Insane amount of variety and high quality ingredients in a chirashi bowl that’s similarly priced to mediocre poke places in the area. This bowl made me post my first google review - staff there are very friendly as well.

The Kudedon chirashizushi wasn't made fresh to order. The greens were wilted, the rice was cold. It was also overloaded with ponzu sauce and pickles to the point you could not taste anything else. While they were generous with the amount of seafood, the ebi/shrimp was thoroughly cooked without the head, there's not a single shiso leaf.

So good and fresh, I like the ratio of topping to rice is 50:50, unlike some places that offers chirashi but gives you more rice than topping. Easy to eat as they slice fish into bite sizes pieces. Highly recommend the Negitori bowl but it is somewhat spicy so nice if you like gochujung flavors. Tell them to leave the sauce out if you prefer more mild flavors.

My new favorite lunch spot! I got the Kudedon bowl and loved the fresh fish with different types of pickled veggies and beautiful presentation. So glad to have a place like this nearby.

Was walking to PCC for lunch but noticed this spot and had to give it a try. Happy I did! Quick service at noon, good options, friendly service. Had the salmon chili bowl - perfect amount of spicy with excellent fish. Will definitely be coming back.

Update: disappointed that they’re no longer on Uber Eats! This has got to be one of my favorite lunchtime spots! The dons are always fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, I’ve just moved out of the area but will be sure to order from them next time I’m in town! Sometimes they do forget the seaweed pack which is treat but tasty regardless.

Incredible flavor. The best bowl I've had. The only negative is the rice isn't perfect. Really hard to make perfect sushi rice cause you need an expensive machine. But it's good enough. The flavor of the sauces and freshness of the fish are top tier

Fresh and tasty bowls. We got a Kodedon bowl and one of the Maguro bowls. Seating is in the building lobby, so it's better to pick up for a picnic or the office.
