After having a baby, I started going to barre3 to get back in shape; and I absolutely love it! I get a great workout that is fun and engaging but also challenging, the workouts vary class to class, and the instructors and group make me feel at ease. I don't feel like I need to get all the moves "right" and leave the class feeling energized and proud of what I've done. I definitely recommend barre3!

Such a great experience at Barre3. Great instructors that offer a variety of movement and music helps to keep me interested. The class times that are offered somehow manage to work really well for my hectic schedule, I can almost always sneak in a class. But the best part is the culture of the space, a warm environment with a friendly face welcoming you into class, and wishing you well as you leave. GREATLY appreciate the positive space that emphasizes listening to your body, but still pushing a bit out of your comfort zone.

Barre3 provides an energetic class in a beautiful studio setting. I am not typically a class person but Barre3 is a relaxing, easy atmosphere. I like that the instructors provide many options to the exercises to accommodate all ranges of physicality.

This is a great place to get your exercise done especially as the rainy cold weather persists. Friendly staff and good healthy routines are consistent. All ages and conditioning levels welcome. Lots of accommodations recommended if you have specific areas that need adjustments. Highly recommended

The barre3 West Seattle studio has been such a great part of my workout routine now that we're able to be back in the studio. The energy in the classes is amazing and they have great instructors. Some of my favorites so far are Sarah H and Lyndsey A. I'm really enjoying the 12:00 pm weekday class that meets for 45 minutes - it's a great, quick workout that doesn't take up too much time mid-day. Highly recommend it :)

The barre3 in West Seattle has been great. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, making sure you feel comfortable and set up for your first class and beyond. Ive tried to take classes with a variety of instructors as they each bring their individual style and flair to the class. The music gets bumping and your heart gets thumping!

Everyone I’ve met at Barre3 West Seattle has been friendly and welcoming! The instructors and classes strike the perfect balance of pushing your body to work hard and providing thoughtful modifications so that everyone can go at their own pace. I always feel fantastic after class - both physically and mentally - and cannot recommend Barre3 enough.

I started coming to Barre3 in January with the personal goal of strengthening my core and improving my overall fitness. From day one, I knew this was the place for me. They welcomed me and made me feel at ease from the minute I walked through the door. I loved it so much that I became a member and take 3-4 classes each week. I leave every class with a happy, sweaty, sense of accomplishment. The instructors are ALL amazing, supportive and encouraging. They challenge me and motivate me to work harder than I would on my own. The Barre3 community of (mostly) women is also friendly, encouraging and the group atmosphere is so motivational! If you’re on the fence, I encourage you to try a Barre3 class! I’m willing to bet you won’t regret it! P.S. My core is way stronger than it was in just a few months of consistently taking classes at Barre3… not to mention the added bonus of stronger gluts, quads, biceps, deltoids….! Definitely seeing and feeling the results. Thank You, Barre3 for helping me become a better, stronger version of myself!

I’ve just hit my 15th class at Barre3 West Seattle and I’m loving it here. The music is amazing and the instructors are fabulous, especially Becca. The studio is always clean and inviting. I’m working on getting in 2-3 days per week and I’m seeing increased muscle definition.

I have been loyal users of Barre3 for years now (first in Bellevue, then Ballard, and now West Seattle!). Love love the atmosphere, friendliness and inclusiveness of the place. The instructors and staff (shoutout to Jennie!) are always great, consistent and welcoming. The facility is always clean and top-notch and there are so many class choices throughout the day. Totally recommend it to everyone!

Barre3 West Seattle is the best studio in seattle by far. It is clean and spacious, and the instructors and staff are so friendly and helpful. As someone who has never liked working out before, I now look forward classes and enjoy it here!

At first, I was nervous going to Barre in a larger body, but now it’s my favorite part of the day. The instructors make me feel welcome and are extremely helpful. I feel stronger and more empowered with every class!

I have absolutely loved going to Barre3! I have gone to about 5 classes at this point and all the instructors are amazing. I always get a good workout in and the instructors let you know how you can adjust the exercises throughout the class as needed. I couldn’t recommend Barre3 more!!

LOVE Barre3!! I have been going once/week for several weeks now and truly love it. A former athlete, it is really the first fitness class I have done in my adult life. I appreciate the combination approach of focusing on strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and breathing. After class I feel energized, focused, strong, and ready to take on the day! You gotta try it!

I absolutely love this barre3 team, Napua is such an incredible instructor. The workouts are challenging and effective, there's always moments throughout the workout that make me shake and push me right to the edge. But Napua's flow is amazingly empowering and the perfect blend of hard work meets achievable that leaves you wanting to come back. Highly recommend this studio if you're looking for barre classes.

Barre3 is exactly what I was needing in my life. I’ve always loved how I feel when I am consistently working out but I was struggling to find something that was the right fit. I tried a class here and I haven’t looked back. The studio is so lovely and all the staff are warm and welcoming. The instructors all have their own special pizazz too. So it’s never boring! I always leave there feeling so grateful and energized. Love this place!

Barre3 is an excellent workout and fun. I prefer the studio setting over online - I feel like I get the most out of my workout and like the energy. The instructors are great so far. I really like that there is a cardio element to each class. You’ll love it!

I'm so happy I finally tried Barre 3 in West Seattle! It's such a welcoming and supportive place to get my exercise in. The workout, music, instructors, and location are all wonderful! My only wish is that the room could be cooler, but I assume it'll be better after summer.

Love, love, love this studio! I've taken a class with almost most of the instructors now, and they all know how to challenge you physically and mentally, while also having fun doing it. I'm a very athletic person and I have yet to come out of a single class without my muscles shaking and burning (in a good way!). The last few minutes of every class also includes doing breath work, which has been a godsend for my anxiety and "blah" feeling over the winter. The ladies there are all super friendly, personable, and quick to remember your name. The studio is very clean and up-to-date, too. Highly recommend checking this studio out!

I've been hooked on Barre3 W. Seattle for a little over a year now. I really love the instructors, especially Lauren's classes 🔥🔥🔥 I really appreciate how Lauren takes the time to connect with her students on a personal level; asking how work and life is and showing genuine interest. The music is always amazing and gets me in the zone. cons: people who bring cell phones into the studio and look at messages between workouts 🤯🤯🤯 and sometimes the vibe can be a bit caddy. I walked into the studio today and overheard two ladies bad mouthing co workers and complaining about their performance; not the vibe or energy you want to be around when you're coming into a space that should be safe and community oriented.

Barre3 West Seattle location is a complete lifeline for me! Being able to bring my toddler for the play lounge allows me to get a work out in. The workouts are challenging with low impact options shown for each, the instructors are encouraging and the owner is amazing, and this community is so welcoming. Love my barre3 workouts!
