I
started
coming
to
Barre3
in
January
with
the
personal
goal
of
strengthening
my
core
and
improving
my
overall
fitness.
From
day
one,
I
knew
this
was
the
place
for
me.
They
welcomed
me
and
made
me
feel
at
ease
from
the
minute
I
walked
through
the
door.
I
loved
it
so
much
that
I
became
a
member
and
take
3-4
classes
each
week.
I
leave
every
class
with
a
happy,
sweaty,
sense
of
accomplishment.
The
instructors
are
ALL
amazing,
supportive
and
encouraging.
They
challenge
me
and
motivate
me
to
work
harder
than
I
would
on
my
own.
The
Barre3
community
of
(mostly)
women
is
also
friendly,
encouraging
and
the
group
atmosphere
is
so
motivational!
If
you’re
on
the
fence,
I
encourage
you
to
try
a
Barre3
class!
I’m
willing
to
bet
you
won’t
regret
it!
P.S.
My
core
is
way
stronger
than
it
was
in
just
a
few
months
of
consistently
taking
classes
at
Barre3…
not
to
mention
the
added
bonus
of
stronger
gluts,
quads,
biceps,
deltoids….!
Definitely
seeing
and
feeling
the
results.
