Very charming boutique hotel with a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. Hotel was clean and quiet. Safe neighborhood too. Their triple room was fantastic. They have an “honesty bar” which is stocked with juice, water & soda; convenient and reasonably priced. There are bakeries (Seraphine), restaurants (Chinese next door) and others close by that makes this hotel perfect. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Paris.

What a cozy, well located and wonderful place. Everything about this place is awesome. The rooms are compact, cozy and clean. The staff are so sweet and considerate, I just loved interacting with them. They were extremely courteous and accommodating and it was a very nice stay. The decor is very aesthetic and appealing. The rooms are spick and span and the cleanliness overall is very good. The breakfast is pretty limited and depends on the staff tending to you. On 19th Dec the lady on duty during breakfast was very rude to us and we were scared to even ask her for some warm milk. Apart from this unpleasant experience the overall stay was bliss. We were also upgraded to a room with a view and it was simply surreal. Would surely recommend if you need an affordable and well located stay in the heart of the city. Just walk down and the Eiffel is in front of you. What more can one ask? Thank you Passy Eiffel Hotel.

The location is excellent because it is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by lots of lovely places to eat. Our first night was comfortable although the beds are like sleeping on futons. The second night our AC/fan no longer worked. We were told by the night front desk that the ACs were turned off for the winter. The room becomes very stuffy without the fan (even with the heat turned off) and while you can open the windows our room is right on the street. So we can either choose to have a nice quiet room and no air circulation at all and a hot room or a very noisy street and the night air. The front desk told us the air had been turned off for two weeks. When we explained it worked perfectly our first night we were told it was a mistake. (Why the unnecessary lie? - honestly this is why I’m leaving this review.) I understand that AC is not as common as it is in the US but please don’t advertise AC if you don’t have it year round. And please don’t lie to your guests. Only one of the two shower heads in the bathroom works and our room fridge never worked. The fridge for the honest bar in the lobby is only for show. With so many places to choose from to stay in Paris, I would not recommend.

Stayed here for 4 nights and I have to say I was really impressed. Reception, waiting areas, the breakfast room, and outdoor seating area were all modern, fresh and clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay, and again very clean and modern. Service was excellent, the staff were really friendly and the room was cleaned perfectly each day. The location is excellent and only a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, as well as lots of great restaurants and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the price!

We loved our experience with Hotel Passy. Everyone was so nice and it's in a great location. We told them we had just gotten engaged and asked if they had a room with a nice view left. The woman at the desk was so sweet and gave us a cute room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Can't wait to come back!

Lovely boutique hotel centrally located to shopping, good restaurants and public transportation. Quiet hotel and vibrant neighborhood just 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Our room was immaculately clean, newly decorated and had quiet air conditioning. Good breakfast of fruit, cereal, breads, boiled eggs, meat & cheeses plus coffee or tea for 14 euros. Next door is a pharmacy which offers COVID testing, for those who need proof to get back in the USA. Hotel staff gave excellent service and good restaurant recommendations. We will definitely choose this hotel for future trips to Paris.

The loveliest boutique hotel right next the Eiffel Tower. This hotel is so central and so easy to access to the metro. The staff were so accommodating and friendly along with the room being so was spacious and clean. Brilliant breakfast too!! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and would love to stay here again in the future.

What a delightful small hotel. The location is the best. Passy is a sweet residential neighborhood. But you are steps from the Seine, the Trocadero area with its wonderful cafes, the Metro and the Eiffel Tower. The staff is helpful and charming. The rooms are small but I love that you can open the windows. It is energy efficient with lights only coming on when you need them. They had print newspapers to read in the sweet lobby.

Hotel Passy was recommended to me by a friend who works at Apple. I was in town for a short visit to catch up with dear friends over a few dinners who also happen to be industry partners. This hotel is just perfect. Great location near lots of cafes and shops. Very friendly staff and super comfy bed and surprisingly large rooms for a Paris hotel. Easy access wifi and most importantly to me , very very clean. Than you for a wonderful short stay. I'll be back for sure when I next travel to Paris. Merci! Trev

Great hotel located in the 16th district. Room was small but fits two comfortably. Balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. Hotel staff was friendly, hotel itself was clean and quiet. They have an “honesty bar” which was stocked with juice, water, wine on tap and chips. Local bakeries, restaurants and shops makes this hotel perfect for your stay in Paris. One fail, they didn’t have a long mirror. Other than that, I highly recommend. Thank you Christine and Al for your hospitality, we will be back.

The hotel is near Eiffel tower and we could see the tower from our hotel balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is outstanding. We would like to stay here again when we come back to Paris. Muhammed, Patrick, Muriel, Beatrice and the other lady at the reception (the one who wears glasses) were excellent. Sorry I forgot your name I will see you again when I'm back in Paris. Thank you for making our holiday enjoyable.

What a wonderful hotel - we were taking a short trip over to Paris whilst in the UK, and I stumbled across this hotel. The price was right and the rooms looked charming so I booked. Well it was everything I had hoped and MORE! The room was spacious, very clean, even had robes to wear laid out. The staff was exceptional, Christine was especially nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Its in a lovely area, street facing rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower to the left. Highly recommend!!!!!

I came for business and it's my first time here. I'm very satisfied with everything, except that the location is slightly further from my meeting venue. The room, even under the bed, was clean and I found no bed bugs. Staff spoke English and were able to attend to requests. I had a great time here and I will be back the next time. Special thanks to Christine and the gentleman (sorry I didn't get ur name) who booked my airport taxi for making my stay a great one. See you soon

I booked the hotel after reading many reviews. I found the front desk staff to be very nice and accommodating. The room was exactly as advertised and very close walking distance to the Eiffel tower but still far enough away to be beyond the major tourist area. If you are looking for a hotel in a quiet neighborhood and want a nice and clean place to stay then I recommend it. It is not the Ritz but I was not looking for that in my stay.

Hotel is located super close to the Eiffel Tower which was important to us when we booked and is also pet friendly which was why we booked :) Our room was very clean and spacious. The reception team was also very friendly and helped us with every query we had. We would definitely come back in the future ☺️

This hotel is in s lovely location but I thought there could be improvements. The bed in the room was very comfortable but there was no coffee only a machine to heat water, the hair dryer looked like a vacuum placed on the wall of the bathroom with no other outlets. I'm not sure who could use that dryer but it needs to be replaced. The furniture was mismatched and I felt for the price they could do alot better

Everything we experienced was wonderful. Rooms were quiet, staff was friendly and everything was clean. Location was nice too - lots of restaurants in the area and easy access to the Metro so it was easy to get around. Very happy with our stay here!

Overall a decent hotel to stay at. Paris was my husband and I's last stop on a 2.5 week trip. The day we arrived the elevator wasn't working so we had to take the stairs. Luckily, it was fixed by the afternoon the next day. Staff was nice but we didn't have much interaction with them. Room was nice and clean but quite small, especially the bathroom. Definitely not a room I wanted to lounge around in, but great base to come back to each night. The location was pretty nice with shops, restaurants, and a mall nearby. Pretty close to the Eiffel tower, although we took an uber as it was pretty hot during our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again whenever I return to Paris.

Lovely boutique hotel with a real family atmosphere, extremely well located in the fashionable rue de Passy. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Some are overlooking a lovely inner garden with terrace such as the n° 5 which is really cozy.Staff is courteous and caring.Christine, the manager at the reception , will tend to all your need with a smile and dedication to her work.

Very nice boutique hotel within walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Nice area with restaurants and shopping too. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. We had a room with a view to Eiffel Tower. I would stay here again.

Great authentic neighborhood that feels separate from the touristy areas, but 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Get croissants from the bakery 2 doors down! And the restaurant Passy across the street for dinner was delicious.

We loved this boutique hotel! Very warm and friendly service. The rooms are small by American standards but *very* clean and functional. Great lobby and dining areas to work. Central location, very close to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend!

Traveled to Paris for work November 18 - 23, 2022. My colleague and I booked rooms at Hotel Passy Eiffel. I could not have had a better experience. It is located in a great neighborhood with amazing options for food. I really liked Le Passy for dinner and drinks and a boulangerie that were both super close. The Eiffel Tower is like a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

It was so pleasant to be at Passy Eiffel! The staff was so helpful, the room was clean and quiet. I asked for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and they were happy to help me. Everything about the hotel is perfect! From the staff to the decoration and perfect location. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone! Thank you, Passy Eiffel!

Amazing staff, fabulous location! We stayed in a superior room w/ balcony and the view is really lovely. The hotel is very quiet, we are able to rest very well. There are lots of restaurants and pharmacies around, so it is very convenient for us. 100% recommended!

The best hotel in Paris! They are super friendly and nice. Loved the whole interior, the room was also very neat and clean, the bathroom looked new. Will definitely recommend to my friends and always come back. 😍

Just a perfect location, friendly staff with view of the Eiffel Tower from street rooms. We enjoyed quiet accommodation with new and clean bathrooms. This was our third family stay and we look forward to returning, Inshallah.

We absolutely loved our stay. Reservation by email was so helpful. We parked in a secure public parking across the road. The lady at check in was so so lovely and not just welcomed us, but also our small dog. When we go to our room I opened the window and we could see the Eiffel tower (part of it) and we walked to the tower, louvre, arc de triumph and back with some lovely cafe stops of route. Gorgeous stay!

Me and my girlfriend had a short trip in Paris and stayed three nights in the Hotel Passy Eiffel. The room was very quite as we request at the reservation and the size was "Paris-Like" (small but comfortable). The breakfast was good and enough to start the day right (Croissants, Baguette, Butter, Jelly, Coffee or Tea, Orange Juice and Yoghurt). Because of the pandemic it wasn't able to have a breakfast buffet, but it was brought to your table. If you ask for some more of anything, the very friendly employees brought it to you as well. To sum up we had a very good stay at the Hotel Passy Eiffel and we would recommend it to our friends.

As a solo traveler on a fast-paced sightseeing trip, Hotel Passy Eiffel was centrally located. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower allowed for easy access to visit/take photos multiple times a day/night. It is located a block from the Metro station so it is very easy to get to/from the CDG Airport. Its a 30 min nice scenic walk to the Louvre/D'Orsay/Notre Dame, and easy by train to Versailles, or to long distance trains out of Paris. The room was clean and even had a little glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

OK. Expensive for a basic hotel. We had issues with booking.com payment was taken 3 times. The hotel blamed booking.com they blamed the hotel. Still not.sorted. 680 euros for three nights taken three times, so we are not very impressed. The lady on Reception was not helpful just.saying she had to process the payment again, despite showing her it had been taken twice before already. The hotel is in a residential area with some great restaurants amd shops. It has no views of the Eiffel tower despite its name and is quite.a distance away from it. The breakfast is basic, we paid for it but didn't take it as there are plenty of alternative places in the area. The rooms were clean but basic. The hairdryer is no use at all. So if you are travelling light with hand luggage this may be an issue for you as it was for us. They have an honesty bar to save on staff with a fridge near neception. The wine is shocking. Don't bother. Stick with the bottled beers. However with all the good restaurants and bars I'd be tempted to eat and drink out. Over all for the price and hassle of double payments being taken and the arguments to get this refunded it was not worth it. The gentleman on reception was very nice as we left before breakfast was served so he arranged for a coffee and croissant before we left.

Such a cute boutique hotel right near the Eiffel Tower. It is located very close to the metro, which was nice for getting around the city. The room was spacious and clean, and beds were very comfortable. The AC worked as well, and We paid the €14 for breakfast each day. It was filling and delicious! Would stay here again!!

Charming. Nice sized, well-designed, quiet, brilliantly clean sunny room five floors up. Very comfortable bed. Caring, effective staff is always available and know your name. On a beautiful street in a local-feeling, relaxed neighborhood. Good food and restaurants blocks away. Delicious continental breakfast. Five blocks to river. Eiffel Tower visible everywhere you turn. Sensational market two blocks away like only the French can do it. Three blocks from exquisite Passy Cemetery, final resting place of Manet (excellent, smiling bust in weathered bronze!) and Debussy.

I had an amazing time in this hotel. Breakfast was really good and the staff were really helpful. It is in such a central location and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel itself is what took my breath away. So much attention to detail. Would definitely stay here if I come back to paris!

AMAZING! Very clean, excellent location (walking distance to Eiffel tower), lost of cafes and shops nearby. Staff was wonderful. I have never written a review but this hotel was just exactly what my husband and I were looking for. 100/10 recommend. :)

Wonderful welcome from Christine at this charming hotel. Our stay Sept 14-21 was excellent. Not in a tourist area which is really nice. Room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. Easy access to Metro and a short walk to Eiffel. Pierre took care of us every morning making sure everything was perfect for breakfast, even providing an early breakfast on our departure day. Very comfortable stay. I highly recommend.

Nice, lovely hotel in a quiet area about a 7 minute walk to trocadero to view Eiffel tower. Clean, great views, and staff was able to upgrade my flight. Room 21 you can partially see the tower from the room. Room was clean, quiet and a few steps from the Metro to get everywhere. The area has lots of shops and restaurants as well. Will be booking again. Christine at front desk was very welcoming and sweet.

Very kind staff who are attentive and empathetic. I felt very at home and relaxed. The room was bigger than what I expected and ambience was lovely as well. The front desk staff were extra kind and it’s very helpful that they speak English. I was provided an electrical converter because I realized I didn’t have one( perks of traveling for the first time in a while) and was able to store my bags after check out, just above and beyond service! The only thing I would recommend is to mix the breakfast up a little. I stayed four nights and the breakfast options were identical. Everything else was great, I would definitely come back ! Merci’!

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 days it’s located in a good location but I still feel it’s only near to Eiffel Tower but far from other major must visit places. Rooms are extremely small literally there is 2 feet space on each side of the queen bed maybe it’s because of the location. Also, we have asked for towel on the second day there is only one room service lady who took 1 whole day to give towels I did not expect this from a hotel which has many positive reviews( I still don’t know why they are so many positive reviews ). Last but not the least.. water bottle is priced at 4 Euros( 500 ml), There is no FREE water here.
