The manager was so rude and unkind. She has zero sense of hospitality. When I tried to complain or get help regarding my stay she snapped at me and made comments regarding my preferences as well as my budget. When I decided to leave and check out and not extend my stay as discussed for an extra night she did not even bother to apologize for her rudeness or call to offer any consolation. In addition to this, the safe in my room did not work and no one really cared to fix it. Also, there were a few moths in my room and it is clear from the huge ripped carpet marks that they have previously had a moth infestation in that specific room or in the hotel. The radiator in the bathroom was broken and stuffed into the wall held by tissue paper. There were no extra amenities just basic soap. The worse in all this is not even the technical issues, was the bad energy and rude attitude and lack of service and hospitality of the woman who calls herself the "manager" of the hotel. And on top of it all after I left the hotel because of her and moved somewhere else for my last night - she never bothered to respond to any of my phone calls or emails - leading up to this review.

This is a cute boutique hotel that is set in a quiet street, convenient to the Luxembourg gardens and walking distance to many of the museums in Paris. The rooms are typical for European hotels, small compared to the US. They were nicely appointed with a fridge, closet, bathrobes, and a safe. The main desk is very helpful with questions

Great location! Safe area, nearby food, a couple blocks to the metro, and not hard to find. All staff was lovely. Friendly and kind. We were able to drop luggage until our room was ready which was very convenient. Lovely small courtyard with fruit trees that made for a great view from the window. Comfortable bed, linens, bathroom, and small, but still more room than most Paris accomodations. A couple quirks like 1-2 person vintage elevator, cracked mirror in the bathroom, and squeaky shower, but the cleanliness, lovely decor, and hospitality makes it come off more romantic than anything.

We recently stayed at Hotel Villa Madame in June of 2022. Overall our experience was very poor. A reservation error/miscommunication, rude front desk personnel and outdated accommodations made for an awful experience. Luckily we solved the reservation issue by also staying down the street at the bonsoir madame hotel - a lovely, less expensive (!) and recently updated inn. My recommendation is to avoid Villa Madame and stay at the nicer, friendlier, and cheaper Bonsoir Madame. It’s also closer to the park!

A very nice hotel in a quiet, residential and convenient location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. There’s lots to do in the immediate vicinity, and the Louvre is at a walkable distance. I would go back next time I’m in Paris.

Wonderful hotel in a great area. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close enough to major attractions. A wonderful place to calm down after a day of sightseeing. Luxembourg Park Gardens is a short walk and the most beautiful park we found anywhere in Paris. The restaurants and bakeries in the immediate area were outstanding We celebrated our 32nd anniversary and could not have been happier.

Cute and charming boutique hotel situated in a very walkable part of Paris. The staff is wonderful, friendly and courteous that goes above and beyond for their guests. Upon arrival, we were greeted so warmly by the staff, they even assisted us with our rental car return to a more convenient location. They took the initiative and called the rental company, waited on hold for a very long time to save us countless hours from making the trek to and from the airport. Our room was quite large and comfortable. The hotel has an enchanting little courtyard with fruit trees and comfortable seating, perfect for a drink or two before heading out. The staff was so sweet and even brought our 11 year old to the kitchen so he can select a drink of his choice. We specially loved the breakfast, while it does not offer an extensive menu, it was always amazing with fresh pastries, yogurts and warm made-to-order meat and eggs. All that served by a wonderful and attentive lady that manages the entire kitchen and dining area single-handedly. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our future visit.

Nice little hotel. 24/7 Reciption to greet you. Slow services at breakfast. Tables not cleared ready for new guests. Strange little querk of handing your key back every time you leave and asking for it on return.

The room we were in was very large. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The receptionists were very helpful and always had a smile.

Most lovely small boutique hotel in Paris. Pefectly located in Saint Germain de Pres it is close by everything you want to see and experience in Paris while it is still in a quite street. Nice cosy rooms. The perfect romantic getaway

Wonderful experience here. Quiet, good AC, a safe and fridge in the room, and all of the receptionists/concierges were friendly and English-speaking. The woman working the front desk in the afternoons was very upfront about where it was and wasn't safe for us to go at night. The man working nights was super friendly and a hoot; we really enjoyed talking to him. They were very kind and knowledgeable. I overheard them trying to find a restaurant for a vegetarian nearby, which was nice of them. My partner and I got Uber eats several days because we were too tired to go out and they didn't judge. Otherwise, the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I loved the king bed. I especially appreciated that it was quiet, since I'm a light sleeper and had bad jet lag the first few days. We were on the first floor and could hear the people having breakfast below in the mornings, but it was never noisy at night. There's basically no street traffic at night and very little during the day. Location is good - it's close to 2 metro stations, a small grocery store, a currency exchange, and the Luxemborg Gardins. (I frequently walked through the Gardins while waiting for my partner, a night person, to wake up in the mornings.) The neighborhood is very safe. They will hold your luggage for you before you check in if the room isn't ready.

Everything perfect here. We spent excellent nights in a very good bed and had nice breakfasts. The situation is not bad at all and the rooms to the backfront are really quiet.

The room is quite small yet I still recommend the hotel. It is in the best location, in the quiteset and most peaceful part of St. Germain. Also worth mentioning. the bed was the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in anywhere.

This hotel is very well located, and near from metro and bus lines. The main places in the city are pretty well accesed from the hotel. The zone is very quiet and calm. The rooms are very comfortable and large. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff of the hotel are very professional and give you all the help for a good staying.

What a beautiful, charming place to stay in Paris! It was quiet and quaint and just a few minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. Some really nice places to grab a bite (highly recommend Cafe Madame on the corner). Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!!

The hotel was charming and extremely comfortable -- a very large room in a perfect location. The service, including at breakfast, was friendly and efficient. Our 9 year-old daughter accidentally left her book behind, and the hotel found it and sent it home for us. Overall an excellent hotel and one surely to return to.

I have wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time. We finally made it here and it was perfect. We had the garden room which was lovely and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and the courtyard was just beautiful. Everyone at the hotel for out very short trip was very welcoming and kind. I will be staying here again for sure. My new favourite hotel in Paris now!

Beautiful property $$$. I cannot comment on breakfast as we ate out everyday. You can walk less than 1 block and get a croissant and coffee for less than 5 euros, so much more economical than 24 euros per person for breakfast. The hotel was super clean and staff were knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great stay at this hotel:)

I absolutely loved staying here recently. The hotel is in a perfect location and the staff is excellent. The reception helped make 2 reservations for me before my stay, and continued to be so helpful while there! Specifically one woman who’s name I did not get - but overall so lovely! Rooms were clean and adequate.
