Our stay was a magical experience from start to finish. It was our first time in Paris and what an introduction! The hotel is stunning and the staff are all extremely helpful and kind. Everyone was approachable and friendly and there are so many nice little touches during the stay that make you feel really welcome. All the services provided in the hotel are excellent. Our suite was beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. The view from our balcony was just amazing, we could see so much of the beautiful city and Eiffel tower! I'll never forget that view. It was my partner's birthday during the trip so I requested a birthday cake in secret and it was waiting for us in our room as a surprise when we returned from a trip. It was the most delicious cake I've ever had and my partner was so surprised! It make the event extra special for us. We were both very sad to leave as our stay was just so extraordinary, but we will definitely be back again in the future! Merci beaucoup!

I love Mary Katherine the general manager and the entire staff; by no fault of their own the city had some issues during construction down the street and the team at San Regis did everything in their power to make sure my anniversary was memorable. Ever last person from the front desk to the gentleman helping with the door/bags were all just thoughtful people willing to go above normal to make sure each guest felt special. This will be the only hotel I stay at in Paris. Thank you again for a memorable trip.

What a gem of a hotel! Centrally located to all the things you want to see, but on lovely, quiet street. Prestige Room was roomy and well appointed and the big windows were such a nice surprise. We loved breakfast each morning (both in the restaurant and in the room). I would 100% stay here again. The staff was incredible!

The spread included a delectable assortment of pastries, freshly baked bread, perfectly prepared eggs, aromatic coffee, and refreshing, freshly squeezed orange juice. It was a fantastic way to start our days in Paris. The hotel's location couldn't have been better. We found ourselves in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping districts and Metro stations. It offered the perfect blend of convenience and charm. In terms of value, the San Regis Hotel proved to be an excellent choice. We compared our options, and this hotel offered a fantastic balance of quality and affordability. We very much enjoyed our stay at the San Regis to kick off our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and beyond accommodating! Some of the best if not the best staff / service I’ve ever experienced. The location is excellent, the rooms and beds are very comfortable and the hotel is luxurious while also charming. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Paris!

This is the worst hotel I've ever lived in! These people are so stupid that they cannot set the temperature in the room to normal!!! I got sick! I have a runny nose! Because this hotel decided to make the room 18 degrees! After we explained the situation to them for an hour, they raised the temperature to 20 degrees! It's really warmer outside! They didn’t even apologize, didn’t offer to move us to a room with a working air conditioner, or at least some kind of compliment. Terrible hotel!!! I do not recommend anyone to live in this hotel

We had such a wonderful stay at San regis in Paris. Marie-Catherine in particular was so helpful in showing us around and helping us make arrangements. The hotel is a gorgeous mix of historic building with modern amenities, and the most comfortable bed we had all trip! They really did a great job in making our honeymoon special, with personal touches and extremely responsive service. We can’t wait to come back! As Americans, we were a bit nervous about European hotels, but this was perfect! There was a large, very comfy king sized bed, air conditioning that worked well during the heatwave (85 degrees F) and US outlets so we didn’t even need all of our converters! They made our stay so comfortable!

We had the pleasure of staying at San Regis for about a week & it was truly perfect! The location is excellent with convenient access to everything either by walking or by the numerous transit stations nearby. The room was lovely & the staff made us feel at home with every interaction. The amenities were so good that we ended up buying the lotion they used once we got home, & their breakfast was the perfect start to each morning. If you're a Hyatt member, the point value was incredible & we will absolutely be back!

Wonderful stay at this family owned 5 star property. The hotel is impeccably kept and beautiful. The restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend dinner and their High Tea experience. The staff are caring and always helpful.

We had the most beautiful stay for our Honeymoon. Loved the room and ensuite. The building had exquisite Parisian elegance. Enjoyed great drinks and snacks in the bar. Exceptional service, very helpful. Also gave us great restaurant recommendations. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

I was looking for a hotel with twin beds and I found this hotel.on the website it shows that the kids under 12 can stay with parents I sent a message before our arrival that we are 2 adult and 2 kids to make sure that we are getting a good room but when we arrived they said you can’t fit on the room you booked through Expedia and you will be charged extra Euro 900 for your stay!!! The room they gave us was a queen bed and a sofa bed,The sofa bed had BED BUGS.My son was bitten by the bed bugs!!! The shower door was broken and the whole bathroom was soaked in water every time we took shower! The staff are super rude and impolite! They ruined my trip to Paris and and I just had the worst experience! No one expects this from a 5star luxury hotel!!!!

Wow!! What can I say about this amazing stay and hotel? It's nested in the 8th Arr, literally steps away from the shops, restaurants and attractions! The Eiffel tower can be viewed from some of the rooms or just a short walk to the bridge. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking and truly feels like home, we didn't want to leave. The staff from Rapheal, the Front Desk Agents, the bartenders and hostess service and accomedations were amazing! They went over and beyond before I even arrived and from the moment we stepped out our Uber, we were spoiled and taken care of! We were celebrating my two cousins 40th Birthday and not only did they leave a handwritten note on their hotel stationary, we were greeted with macaroons and pastries upon arrival. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It will be hard for many hotels to top my experience here! I will absolutely be returning to Hotel San Regis! Thank you for making my trip that much more memorable!

Not great. Room decent and food very good but a few issues - shower over bath sprayed all over bathroom - breakfast the waiter claimed my bread was ‘low gluten’ (I am gluten intolerant) before a colleague replaced it with gluten free bread - concierge offered to book me a taxi but didn’t tell me there were none available despite me standing there waiting Maybe I’m too picky

What a wonderful hotel. I believe our room was recently renovated - it was so beautiful! The mattress was comfortable and pillows and linens were nice. Though we did not have a top sheet (none of our hotels in France did, as I have noticed in other countries as well, so maybe this depends on the country), I was able to call the front desk and have one delivered to the room within minutes. The hotel is in an upscale, quiet, and seemingly safe area. It is also conveniently located to most of the standard sights. Though it is a quiet area, it is still a city, and some street noise is expected. Nothing that my sound machine couldn't drown out. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. I loved this hotel experience, and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Fabulous boutique hotel experience with very large 2-room junior suite, high ceilings and recently redone bathroom with roomy marble shower. Bar and breakfast room superbly tasteful and immaculate. Staff super friendly and accommodating—all fluent in English. Bottom line, a little gem of a hotel!!!

We were beyond happy with the San Regis! From the moment we walked in, it was nothing but pure enjoyment. The staff were 100% accommodating, 100% of the time. Jerome and Fred at the front desk were ALWAYS on top of everything, with pure kindness, care, warmth, and genuine interest in making our stay and time in Paris as perfect as possible. These two gentlemen will forever be etched in our hearts for what they added to the trip. The rooms were LOVELY. Not your typical, custom chain hotel room. I felt like I was walking into a spacious area of warmth and welcome. They were simply beautiful, with an upscale, yet inviting Parisian feel. We fell in love with Paris, and we will be going back, and we WILL undoubtedly return to the Hotel San Regis, without a doubt.

Upon our arrival Jerome was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived very early on the train from London and they quickly expedited getting our room turned over for us to check in early. The accommodations were exceptional and the staff was attentive and friendly and spoke English. Everything was beautifully decorated for the holidays with lots of attention to detail. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and they provided a hand written note and champagne complimentary. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our terrace was stunning and the convenience to the Champs made our trip one we’ll never forget. Thank you to Jerome and the entire staff!

The hotel and staff were amazing. I really appreciated the extra special care they gave me and my husband. Jerome really went out of his way to assist us. I recommend this hotel with out reservation!!! I am definitely coming back.

I stayed here with my wife for three days at the end of June 2022 and it was an unforgettable experience. We felt welcomed and extremely well taken care of. The room was beautiful and the service can’t be beat. We will be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again staff!

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! The customer service is second to none and the hotel encompasses true Parisian beauty. We wished we had more time as the rooms were luxuriously comfortable and the location is in a stunning part of Paris. Look no further when looking for a place to stay - the San Regis is nothing short of perfect!

Hotel and staff were very nice and always helpful. The room was nice but, for the price, we have had much nicer rooms in big cities. The carpet in the room needed to be cleaned as it had visible dirt or stains. The restaurant was very expensive and the service was marginal...we had to ask multiple times to get our complete order.

This hotel was, in the '70s ,a place where you could find warmth, attentiveness, helpfulness, discretion, personal touch, and of course beautiful rooms ( I spent time there at the time ). I am very happy to say that, years later, aside from beautiful renovations, everything is just the same. The staff is beyond fantastic, the atmosphere has to be felt to be believed, and of course you are two steps from the Champs-Elysees and the couture houses. Go there and feel like royalty !

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! You get the feel of a Parisian experience, with the comfortability and luxury of a 5 star hotel. The staff is so welcoming and endearing to its guests. Came here on my own, and they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in Paris. Very helpful with recommendations and requests. Can't wait to come back and stay again with them!
