We absolutely loved the hotel! The room was spacious and the location was perfect! The metro is just around the corner and it's a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and some great restaurants. There is a grocery store next door and another around the corner. The staff speaks English and even before our arrival, we emailed them and asked to add a few more nights to our stay, which they did. We were greeted with a personalized note and treats when we arrived. The breakfast spread was amazing, something for everyone. We would definitely stay again!

Bed was comfortable and enjoyed the bathroom was split into two rooms, one with shower/sink and one with toilet. Some rooms have a view of the tower, ours didn't, but it still had charming window planters. If we return to Paris we'd stay here again!

We had been traveling all day and the front desk clerk (unfortunately I didn't catch his name), was very helpful, got us checked in and into the room immediately since we were late for a dinner reservation and then helped us get our A/C to work. The next morning we took advantage of the included breakfast and the layout was quite nice -- everything you expected but a notch above across the board. We loved the area the hotel is located in and would definitely stay here again.

La Bourdonnais is a lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful location just blocks from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The hotel staff was warm, welcoming, and always helpful - from navigating getting our Covid Health Passes to digging up a trash bag for packing wet clothes. There were 3 of us, so we used the comfortable sofa bed and still had plenty of room to move around. We appreciated having the refrigerator with water and soda and the coffee maker at no extra charge. The hotel breakfast buffet had a nice variety of juices, yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc. The hot offerings were a little cold for my taste, but they appeared to be reasonably well-prepared. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again when we return to Paris.

I understand that in the Post-Pandemic situation in which we are involved, services and personnel have had to be reduced. It has been noted in the room breakfast service with the disadvantage of not being able to select what you want yourself. But overall it has been a pleasant stay. The breakfast was amazing! We ate there every morning. A man named Luigi who worked in the dining area during breakfast was super kind and helpful. If you have questions about where to look/find a particular item outside or need tickets, I strongly recommend you talk with the front desk. Nice and quiet hotel with awesome location (less than 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower). My husband and I stayed here with our friends and family for a few days in August and we had a great time - the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the stuff was nice and helpful. We all stayed in Classic rooms. The rooms with street view had beautiful window box flowers which added to the overall atmosphere (although unfortunately the rooms with courtyard view didn't have those). The breakfast was very delicious and totally worth the money!

This is an incredibly safe area and would highly recommend for any solo female travelers. Super convenient for all your visit needs, whether via metro or just walking the city like I did. The hotel staff are multi-lingual, although they would be very polite when I tried to practice my French with them more when requesting their help with tickets to attractions, restaurant recommendations, or even airport transfers. We had an executive room room and it was nice, clean and really big comparing to average room size in Paris. We could see Eiffel Tower right from our window. I celebrated my Bday and was pleased with Complementary welcome that was a bottle of champagne. Breakfast did not have wide range of meals to choose, but was Delicious and products were fresh and of Good quality.personnel was smiling, nice and polite. Definitely will be recommending this hotel .

Room was not ready until after 5pm and after a long day of travel and only having one night we could not freshen up. The pull-out bed is EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and our son ended up in bed with us do to its comfort issue. We went to checkout out at 10:45AM and the lift was broken, was told it would take 20 minutes for luggage assistance so I had to carry each of our 3 Large suitcases down 5 flights of stairs so we could get a taxi and not miss our transportation to stow my luggage arrived at check-in and had, My Room was not ready until after 5PM. The hotel did not call when the room was ready after stating they would do so, I called at 5pm to check the status and was told it should be and await a call back. We stayed out to make the most of our night in Paris and arrived back at 10PM to find we had been upgraded to a tower view which was only a tower top view and it was pouring outside.

Overall the service at La Bourdonnais was a good one. Service and staff was quite good and generally received help when needed. I must speak about Heddiah, she was our first experience with the staff at the hotel and she was wonderful during the check-in process. She provided any assistance needed and was also the one facilitating check out and arranging airport transfer. She was excellent! The room service menu was not very good however,, and it should be improved.

As it was my first visit to Paris, my stay at Hotel La Bourdonnais was a pleasant experience although being unfamiliar with the surroundings. My request to have a room with the Eiffel Tower view has been fulfilled and the amenities provided were satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel to travelers as it is close to everything, Rue Cler, groceries, metro stations, bus stops, and last but not least, the Eiffel Tower.
